The restaurant "Sanuk Kin Thin 12" owned by Police Lieutenant Colonel Somsak

Suwantamee plans to renovate into an agricultural tourism area to attract urban tourists. The area will be divided into five zones, including a restaurant zone, integrated agricultural zone, coconut garden zone, free play zone, and service zone. The aim is to promote a natural way of life, agricultural activities, and provide fresh food experiences.

The Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) planning project near Thammasat University aims to accommodate future commuters from the Red Line railway. The project's area will align with the master development plans of the Bangkok Metropolitan Region, including the Tha Khlong Urban Development Plan, Pathumthani Smart City Development Plan, and the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) Strategy.

The project will comprise residential areas catering to individuals with various income levels, knowledge exchange spaces, commercial and industrial zones, as well as transportation interchange areas.
