LUSAIL STADIUM 01

For FIFA World Cup 2022

Location: Lusail, Qatar

Project:

Lusail Stadium, located in Lusail, Qatar, is a state-of-the-art football venue and the largest in the country, with a seating capacity of around 80,000. I had the privilege of working on this project through two key phases: Phase 1 (Tournament Mode) and Phase 2 (Legacy Mode)

As someone who worked on this project, I saw firsthand how it became a centerpiece of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, hosting key matches, including the final.

Phase 1 (Tournament Mode)

The focus was on ensuring the venue was ready to accommodate massive crowds and meet the demands of a global event, from advanced cooling technologies to seating and logistics.

Phase 2 (Legacy Mode)

The project transitioned towards adaptive reuse of the stadium after the World Cup. This phase focuses on converting the stadium into a multi-purpose community hub. The structure’s modular design allows it to be repurposed into multipurpose halls, residential spaces, retail outlets, health centers, schools, common areas, nurseries, and gymnasiums. These new facilities will serve the local community and contribute to Lusail City’s long-term development.

Proposed floor plan for Legacy mode:

The stadium’s design is inspired by traditional Arab architecture, particularly the fanar lantern and Islamic motifs, with a shimmering golden exterior that reflects Qatari culture. Built with a focus on sustainability, it incorporates energy-efficient technologies, water-saving mechanisms, and eco-friendly materials, earning a 5-star rating from the Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS). The advanced cooling technologies maintain comfortable conditions inside, allowing the stadium to operate year-round in Qatar’s extreme heat.

Located in the newly developed Lusail City, the stadium is a symbol of Qatar’s ambitious modernization efforts, blending innovation with cultural heritage, a project that I am proud to have been part of.

Due to the complexity of the project, it was divided into nine distinct zones to manage construction and operations more effectively and allowing for better coordination and resource allocation.

This residence in London is designed to maximize comfort and functionality across three levels.

The layout promotes a natural flow between shared and private spaces, creating a welcoming environment that balances openness with privacy.

Ample storage solutions and carefully planned areas enhance everyday convenience, making this home a modern, practical choice for family living in an urban setting.

SEALINE BEACH RESORT 03

For FIFA World Cup 2022

Location: Sealine, Qatar

Provision of team base training camps for all member associations participating in the FIFA World Cup, addressing accommodation and training needs during the tournament.

Each team base camp paired with exclusive training sites for each nation. Training sites consisting of two FIFA-compliant, floodlit natural grass pitches, along with ancillary facilities and spectator areas for public training sessions.

SITE

The pitch and allied utilities are proposed at the existing landscaped areas. 82 trees will be relocated as a part of levelling the site. As the site has contour, levelling and backfilling will be carried out to maintain the pitch at 100 mm from the path level. Pitch is levelled in a way that the highest point is at 2.4m at the centre and sloping -1:170 towards outer edges. Total area to be levelled is 16628.0400 sqm. From the centre a slope is provided -1:170 towards outer edge till the goal lines. Pitch fall will continue to a minimum of 1.5m path the Fop. The pitch fall outside the 1.5m perimeter the pitch should be no greater than 5%.

ELEVATION MAPPING

Elevation mapping has been done as shown in the illustrations below to understand the topography of the site. Each contour interval is assigned a shade, the darker shade signifies the highest level and as we go down, the shade intensity reduces. By plotting the elevation map of the site, it becomes clear that the site has a very undulating terrain with a significant drop in all four directions. The maximum level difference between the lowest and highest contour in the proposed site is 1m.

MIT EAST CAMPUS 04

Location: Cambridge, USA

Developed a comprehensive BIM model for a high-profile project at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), ensuring precision and attention to detail. For 4D BIM and site logistics plans to optimize construction sequencing and project coordination, while also producing high-quality renders for client presentations.

Led collaboration with cross-functional teams, detected and resolved design conflicts, and contributed to the successful execution of projects by integrating cutting-edge visualization and planning techniques.

Contributed significantly to the successful execution and delivery of the project by integrating feedback and ensuring that all aspects of the design aligned with project requirements and client expectations.

PORTABLE SHELER FOR MIGRANT LABOURS

A unit of 3.8m X 3.8m size with a Bio-Toilet and Kitchen which can accomodate 7 people and which can be multiplied with other units and connects to a larger working community. It can be easily assembled and easily dismantled . And fully constructed by ourself.

CONSTRUCTION STEPS

Hole is made in the bamboo using driller of 14mm drillbit

The bamboos are connected using rod,nut and washer (GI) of siz 12 mm in common.

ROOFING

Corrugated roofing sheet is placed over the bamboo frame with 15cm overlap and fitted tightly with screws.

Holes are made in the bamboo supports and bamboo stripsare placed in it along with reinforcing bar.

Location: India

A spacious five-bedroom residence, featuring a thoughtfully planned layout that balances functionality with aesthetic appeal. Each bedroom is crafted with ample natural light, customized storage solutions, and elegant finishes to provide both comfort and luxury.

The residence also includes open-plan living and dining areas, a modern kitchen with high-end appliances, and well-appointed bathrooms. The overall design focuses on maximizing space, enhancing flow, and integrating sustainable materials to create a harmonious living environment tailored to the needs of a modern family.

A warm and elegant bedroom interior with a modern, earthy theme, featuring rich wooden elements in the ceiling, flooring, and furniture. The soft neutral color palette of beige, cream, and warm browns creates a calming atmosphere, complemented by botanical artwork and touches of greenery for a refreshing, natural vibe.
