JUDGEMENT VS ONENESS

JUDGEMENT. IT’S A SNEAKY LITTLE ENERGY CONSUMER. A TIME WASTER THAT INFILTRATES THE LIVES OF EACH AND EVERY INDIVIDUAL ON THIS PLANET. SOME BECOME SLAVES TO IT. OTHERS CHOOSE TO LIVE IN THE SPACE OF IT’S NEMESIS - CONNECTION.

Otherwise known as a desire to learn how to take radical responsibility for oneself by living from a space of observation, compassion, acceptance, understanding, patience, respect and love.

NOT AN EASY FEAT:

to merely observe one’s response to a person or circumstance instead of judging them or it.

to have compassion for one’s emotions and feelings that arise in response to another or a circumstance.

to accept, love and respect oneself, another or the situation as they are, or as it is, instead of wishing them or it to be different.

to find the courage to seek understanding as to why the mental, emotional, physical or energetic responses are such in that moment in time, without fear of what may be discovered. to be patient with oneself, another or the circumstance as it is in that moment and beyond. Often unexpected emotions arise. And as human beings we like to create meaning, instead of just being with what is without judgement.

I’m sure you’ll agree that there are some folk out there who vibrate at a totally different frequency to you, and like me, I’m sure you’ve had moments in time when you’ve thought to yourselves “How on Earth did that person even make it through the birth canal?”

Judgement.

It’s always there.

But here’s the thing.

Everyone is perfect as they are.

Everything is perfect as it is.

The question is.

Are you willing to take radical responsibility for yourself in each and every moment. You are me.

I am you.

We are all a reflection of another, nature and beyond.

There is no separation.

The moment that you align with your true nature, integrate the cycles of nature, and balance your masculine and feminine energy.

What you will discover is that your capacity to live from a space of observation, compassion, acceptance, understanding, patience, respect and love increases exponentially.

Yet most are not willing, nor have the desire to commit to practicing the art of true connection.

It’s a much easier option to give the responsibility of how we are feeling, to someone or something outside of ourselves.

That way, there is no need to sit in the discomfort of what has arisen, or is arising.

Being human is complex.

Being a Woman takes courage.

From month to month we naturally cycle through four phases [unless of course your cycle is not consistent], just as nature does.

In each of these four phases - menstruation, the follicular phase, ovulation and the luteal phase - our capacity to do certain things changes.

The moon guides us - from the new moon to the waxing moon, full moon and waning Moon - we are powerfully supported.

The seasons - winter, spring, summer, autumn - clearly indicate when it is a time to be creative and expansive and when it is a time to be still.

Yet due to the nature of the 24/7 society that we have created.

Often we do not live in alignment with our personal cycle’s, nor do we integrate the cycles of nature. For example, when you are bleeding, it is not a good time to be holding space for others, facilitating business meetings or exerting yourself.

Yet, due to the nature of our society, many women do not respect and honour themselves enough to give themselves the time and space to relax during this stage of their cycle. To learn more about how to align your menstrual cycle to your business and life, I invite you to read the The Revolution will be Bloody by Stasha Washburn, The Period Coach.

You are made of stardust, and to it you shall return.

Might as well fully embrace the adventure of the human experience to get there.

You are me.

I am you.

We are all a reflection of another, nature and beyond.

There is no separation.

We are one.

The next time you feel judgement of another or circumstance arising in you, I invite you to reflect on what part of yourself you are being shown that you have not yet fully embraced.

And remember in the end, the only person you are truly judging is yourself.
