REGISTRATION General Information This co-curricular guide provides key information for each activity being offered over the course of the year. This Guide is divided by type and by length of course. Please read through the descriptions and use the PLANNING CALENDAR to identify the clubs you are interested in. TERM DATES: Term 1 - September 16 to December 6 Term 2 - January 8 to March 14 Term 3 - March 31 to June 13 Step1: Once you have made your selections, please fill out the Registration Form (at the back of the guide) to sign up for all three terms. If there are two clubs that overlap and you would like to participate in both, you will need to speak directly with the teachers involved to obtain an exception. Step 2: Return the completed Registration Form to the Junior School office. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Finalized lists of participants will be displayed on the Junior School bulletin board. Payment info: If a club requires payment, the amount due must be paid before the first class. Any student who has not yet paid will have to miss the session until the outstanding balance has been paid.

INFO FAQ’s What if the student will be absent? If you were not reported as absent for the school day and are going to miss a session, please speak directly with the facilitator of the club to let him/her know that you will not be attending the class that day. What happens if the facilitator is absent? If the usual facilitator is not available, the session will be cancelled and parents of the participating students will be called. After School Care will be provided free of charge for those students who cannot be picked up right away. How do I sign up for Choir and Band? Co-curricular music classes are handled separately. Please see the teaching instructor to register and note all cocurricular music classes require a full year commitment. What if parents are late picking up after club has ended? Children should be picked up promptly after the end of the co-curricular session. Any children who remain 10 minutes past the end of the class will be sent to After School Care. Note: If you have any questions about any co-curricular activity or about the registration process, please come to the Junior School office, and we will be happy to assist you.
