Interior Design 3 project is aim for student in 5th semester to explore and learn how to designing an office based on a research and company Background. i had an opportunity for designing PT. Mulya Bangun Sentosa, a construction company that specialized in filter production and service such as Civil works :Building : Warehouse, utility, office, Steel structures, Bridges & platforms, Access road : Concrete & asphalt road.

Intially the main company is PT. Mulya Bangun Sentosan who run into construction field, MEP & etc.

Design Concept

and on the other hand it has sub Company who mainly running to in charge of filter production. so, i decided to use the whole floor and diveded into two separate area.

Through a deep research of the company. Designing a workspace that reflects the company's history, customer base, culture, and service values can lead to a more cohesive and inspiring environment for employees which will be used to compliment every single aspect of design to fill the space.

The initial color of the company is blue, it was took from the logo of MBS. The location is quite strategic and quite busy because it is surrounded by business and educational places. not too close to residential areas but rather to empty land such as golf courses. surrounded by shopping centers and hotels so that not only employees and students often visit this area.
