H & F House H&F House accommodates the requests of clients who want to have a house in a modern tropical style with 1 guest bedroom, 2 children's rooms, and 1 main bedroom with an outside bathroom.

The client also wanted to adapt an open bar concept to the kitchen area.

The prayer room on the 1st floor is close to the bathroom under the stairs to improve circulation and save space. Cross ventilation was adapted on the 1st and 2nd floor areas as a means of reducing solar heat.

FACADE CONCEPT This house, with a land area of ​m2, has a fence and a closed carport with a balcony to see the view.

Vegetation such as ketapang trees and banana plants placed on the fence area, front terrace, side areas, and voids can support the tropical concept and add a green impression to the residence.

The interior area has a modern style with a warm impression obtained from the use of wood finishing on the floors and furniture.

The dry bathroom on the second floor is designed to be clean in the dry area, while the shower area uses a rough gray ceramic finish to give a modern impression and keep the area clean and dry.

The adaptation of the silhouette of the dome is applied to each building facade so that the initially diverse building is united in one harmony.

The color green is used as a coolant regarding hot location issues and is a color that is synonymous with Nadhatul Ulama (Islam). Meanwhile, the bluish-green color (a derivative color) makes the building not monotonous.

The white color, which means holy, represents a religiousbased Islamic boarding school that educates students to have a good understanding of religion.

The building was designed by adding curves as an adaptation of the mosque dome, and secondary skin in the form of arabesques to add an Islamic impression. Hanging plants are used as shade and give a cool impression to the building.

HALFWAY HOUSE FOR STREET CHILDREN IN MALANG CITY

O-MANGAYUBAGYA

O-Mangayubagya is a combination of omah (house) and Mangayubagya (Javanese) which means home to welcome arrival.

The

word

"Mangayubagya"

is

expected to evolve as a benchmark for

a

shelter

building

that

can

accommodate and welcome street children to provide new spirit and patterns of thinking in the good culture and traditions of the Javanese community.

The building uses exposed brick material with a simplified jogloshaped bitumen roof, with iron supports and a simple foundation by the

SITE ANALYSIS

There are no shelters or facilities to support the street children's community

The location is suitable for the development of street children because it is in a commercial, educational, sports, and residential area. The area is easily accessible from the front or the left side of the land.

A. MUSHOLA The roof of the prayer room was transformed from the traditional roof of an East Java mosque which is composed of three roof stacks with wooden roofing material.

B. WALL MATERIAL In the prayer room, the walls are made open with woven bamboo barriers. In the classroom, the walls are made semi-open with openings to let in light from outside and are combined with wood and woven bamboo materials.

C. BUILDING ROOF The roof originates (reflection) adapted from a half joglo/single canopy shape, with bitumen roof material.

D. FINISHING AND STRUCTURE The column area uses bamboo (giving a traditional impression), simple columns, and iron pipes as a substitute for saka guru which is given a river stone foundation and footplate.

V BEDROOM The rooms adapt a futuristic modern style according to the client's request who wanted a dark room, with a study area as well as a gaming area.

In the study area, there are shelves, a study cupboard, and a place to put notes, behind which there is an iron plate. For finishing,

The interior of the 1st floor has a classic American style with a combination of beige, white, and gold to match the style of the house facade.

SITTING ROOM In the sitting room, there is a 2 seater sofa and a single sofa which has an American classic style. On the right and left, there is a side table with marble and gold materials. To add to the impression of the room, a wall display with natural patterns is provided but still with beige, stainless gold and wallpaper materials. In the void area there is a single sofa and console table.

MAIN BEDROOM The interior of the main bedroom is dominated by beige which is applied to the wardrobe, side table, and head bed. Laser-cut gold bedroom backdrop, wall molding, and wallpaper are used to decorate the walls of the room.

MINI WALK-IN CLOSET Consists of a hijab and shoe cupboard which is designed with glass doors, but does not leave a classic impression with the beige color. The walk-in closet is equipped with a semi-circular glass according to the client's request, with a small white-gold drawer.

FAMILY ROOM The TV shelf in the family area uses a bone white duco finish, with a marble and gold fireplace. In the setting area, there is a typical American classic sofa and bench in beige color and a coffee table that matches the interior style of the house.

KITCHEN The kitchen set uses a beige duco paint finish with a marble top table and splash.

The upper and lower cupboards are given a little gold accent to harmonize the room.

S BEDROOM This bedroom with a modern luxury style was designed according to the client's request, who wanted a dressing table, TV cupboard, wardrobe and private bathroom.

In the bedroom backdrop area, HPL wood and marble, WPC, bronze glass and gold list materials are used to make the room have a warm and luxurious impression. Hanging lamps placed on the side tables provide additional accents to the room.

The dressing table is placed on the side of the cupboard with semi-circular glass as an accent, equipped with a beige couch for sitting.

CLOSET AREA In the cupboard area, there are closed and exposed cupboards made of glass and stainless gold, equipped with LEDs as accents.

Glass cabinets are used to place displays/bags.

TV BACKDROP In front of the 180x200 bed, there is a TV backdrop which is equipped with a cabinet and shelves for storing items.

EN SUITE BATHROOM

The interior of the bathroom looks similar using rough ceramic materials with wood motifs and a combination of white coral on the floor. White marble motif granite was chosen as an accent in the shower. In the empty wall area, wall molding made from GRC is given, finished with ash brown paint to add a luxurious impression, but still modern.

The client wanted a masculine impression, so a modern luxury style dominated by dark colors was adapted to this workspace. The wall is accented with wall molding painted in ash brown and black to add a masculine impression.

Behind the table, there is a wooden backdrop arranged at an angle equipped with LEDs as an accent, in the middle there is marble and a gold frame is provided so that the room looks luxurious. Meanwhile, in front of the table, there is a television backdrop made from marble plywood and WPC wood, with a wall lamp as an accent.

The work sofa and two-seater sofa use dark green suede material, next to it there is a single sofa covered in dark brown Oscar. The sofa motif is given lots of buttons so that it adapts to the room.

The shelf for storing files is made exposed with HPL frame glass doors (black, wood, and gold), and LED are added as an accent.

The PCNU auditorium which has a modern luxury style interior is located in the Bangil area, Pasuruan.

The luxury impression is taken from the cutting MDF which is finished with gold paint. As an accent for laser cutting, warm white LED are provided in the back area. Apart from MDF, there is HPL gold two to three centimeters wide to add a luxurious impression.

The HPL TH 850 J (Chocolate) and HPL TH 121 AA (Light Brown) motifs were chosen to bring a bright atmosphere to the auditorium. The shape of the auditorium is a regular triangle, which contains glass wool to break up the noise. This accommodates clients' requests who want the room to look spacious and bright, but still look luxurious and soundproof.

BACKDROP In contrast to the walls on the right and left sides of the stage, the backdrop is made into a large asymmetrical triangle so that it becomes a point of view in the room. Lasercut and LED are also installed in larger volumes as a focus on the stage.

In the middle of the stage, there is a videotron which is equipped with a frame behind it. The same as the other walls, the backdrop material is made from multiplex with glass wool on the back.

Finishing off the backdrop uses wood fiber coated HPL, gold, and WPC wood.

STAGE The stage is made of five sides as a symbol of the pillars of Islam, with synthetic plants on the right and left, dividing the stage into three access areas.

At the back of the stage there are dressing rooms and panels made of HPL-coated multiplex material.
