_A MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT IN NAD AL SHIBA.

This architectural project presents a comprehensive design for a dynamic mixed-use development situated in the vibrant Nad Al Shiba community of Dubai. The development comprises a thoughtfully planned combination of commercial and residential spaces, offering a diverse range of amenities and a harmonious living environment. Strategically positioned in Nad Al Shiba, Dubai, ensuring convenient access to major transportation routes and urban amenities. A balanced blend of commercial and residential components catering to the needs of both residents and visitors. Contemporary design aesthetics that reflect Dubai’s forward-thinking spirit and urban landscape. Efficient utilization of space to maximize functionality and create a welcoming atmosphere. A range of amenities designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors, including [list of amenities, e.g., swimming pool, gym, Private basement, landscaped areas].

- I played a pivotal role in ensuring its successful execution from inception to completion. Working closely with MEP and structural engineers, I coordinated efforts to address potential challenges and ensure compliance with local regulations. Active participation in Dubai Municipality authority meetings allowed me to effectively communicate project details, address concerns, and implement necessary modifications to meet their specific requirements.

- Additionally, I took responsibility for preparing the tender package, including detailed specifications and scope of work, to facilitate a smooth bidding process.

- To achieve the desired project aesthetics and functionality, I collaborated closely with various vendors to select appropriate finishes and materials. By managing vendor communications and obtaining competitive quotations, I contributed to the project’s overall cost-effectiveness. This collaborative approach ensured that the final product aligned with both the client’s vision and the project’s design intent.”

_A MODERN TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENT IN JABEL ALI.

This architectural project presents a contemporary townhouse design nestled within the serene Jebel Ali community of Dubai. The development offers a comfortable and stylish living experience, combining modern aesthetics with functional layouts and a tranquil environment.

G+1 Configuration: Each townhouse features a spacious ground floor and first floor, along with a private terrace, maximizing living space and natural light.

Modern Design: Sleek and contemporary architectural elements that reflect Dubai’s forward-thinking urban landscape.

Comfortable Living: Well-planned interiors designed to create a welcoming and functional living environment for residents.

Private Terrace: Outdoor spaces ideal for relaxation, entertaining, or enjoying the Dubai climate. This project showcases a harmonious blend of architectural innovation and comfortable living, offering residents a desirable and fulfilling lifestyle in the heart of Jebel Ali.

- I played a crucial role in overseeing the on-site construction process. My responsibilities included coordinating with contractors to ensure timely completion of project milestones and maintaining open communication regarding project deadlines. I closely monitored the construction progress to verify adherence to architectural drawings and quality standards.

To achieve the desired project outcomes, I collaborated with various vendors, managing vendor communications and obtaining competitive quotations. This approach ensured that the project was executed efficiently and within budget. Additionally, I actively participated in site visits and snagging processes to identify and address any discrepancies or defects, ensuring a high-quality final product.”

This project, undertaken for Sobha Properties, involved the design and development of a high-end residential bungalow in Dubai. The primary objective was to create a luxurious and distinctive dwelling that would stand out in the local landscape. The bungalow was commissioned for the client’s son and included a comprehensive range of amenities, such as a swimming pool, parking, and other premium features.

The design concept for this bungalow was centered around creating a luxurious and royal ambiance.

As an architect on this prestigious project, I played a pivotal role in ensuring its successful completion. My responsibilities included:

Tender Document preparation, structural and Mep co orddination, site visits and reporting, as built drawings, snagging and desnagging, and vendor and contract management. By effectively fulfilling these responsibilities, i contributed significantly to the realization of a luxurious and exceptional bungalow that exceeded client expectations. my dedication, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills were invaluable assets to the project team

This project involved the comprehensive redesign of an existing bungalow in India to create a luxurious and functional high-end residence. The primary goal was to transform the bungalow while respecting the constraints of the plot and minimizing disruption to neighboring properties.

As the architect on this project, I played a multifaceted role in transforming the existing bungalow. My responsibilities included:

conceptual design, design drawings and tender packages, structural and Mep co ordination, finishes schedule, client and stakeholder management, and collaboration with contractors.

My ability to manage the entire design process, from conceptualization to detailed documenta tion, demonstrates my strong architectural skills and project management capabilities. my role was instrumental in creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing bungalow that exceeded the client’s expectations.

REVITALIZING THE WAREHOUSE: A MODERN OFFICE AND EXPERIENCE CENTER.

This project involved the comprehensive redesign of an existing warehouse to create a dynamic and functional office space combined with an engaging experience center. The client sought to transform the industrial building into a modern and inviting environment that would attract visitors and accommodate a growing team.

Key Objectives:

To create a visually appealing and functional office space that reflects the client’s brand identity. To design an immersive experience center that engages visitors and showcases the client’s products or services. To optimize the existing warehouse structure to accommodate new uses while maintaining structural integrity. To incorporate sustainable design elements to enhance energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.

The redesign will enhance the client’s brand image, attract new business, and foster a productive and creative work environment.

As the project architect, I played a crucial role in transforming the existing warehouse into a dynamic and functional office and experience center. my responsibilities included: On site measurements and assessments, conceptual design for the experience center, office design, layout development, tender package and schedules, and quantity meeting. My ability to effectively manage the design process, from initial concept to detailed documentation, demonstrates your strong architectural skills and project management capabilities. my role was instrumental in creating a transformed warehouse that exceeded the client’s expectations and provided a valuable asset for the organization.

SITE - Near MMRDA Area, Kalina, Santacruz East, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

BANDRA KURLA COMPLEXThe Bandra Kurla Complex is a business and residential district in the city of Mumbai, India. It is a prominent upscale commercial hub which commands some of the highest property rates in the country. According to MMRDA, the complex is the first of a series of “growth centres” created to “arrest further concentration” of offices and commercial activities in eastern parts of Mumbai. It covers 370 hectares of once low-lying land on either side of the Mithi river, Vakola Nalla and Mahim Creek. The area had poor surface drainage and was severely affected by pollution in the Mahim Creek. One of the important features of the channelisation of Mithi river and Vakola nalla was to improve water carrying capacity and reduce pollution. Mithi River for about 4.5 km of its length from Mahim Causeway to C.S.T. Road Bridge and its tributary Vakola Nalla, for 2.5 km of its length, have been channelised for an average 60 m and 40 m bed widths respectively, thereby improving the hydraulic features of these two important water courses in the BKC area.

This is a Commercial project in BKC, Mumbai. This was an Aca demic Project. The project consists of a Plot area of 18000sq.m. The structure is International Finance Centers. An International Financial Services Center caters to customers outside the juris diction of domestic economy, dealing with flows of Finace, Finan cial products and Services across borders.

LIG CLUBHOUSE DESIGNING

The Hunt started by looking for sites that are located in the heart of the city, and a space where public space can contribute to the city. or a space with an great Importance. The main reason behind choosing Kalyan as city for this Project is that it is connected to neighbouring cities like Dombivli, Bhiwandi, Thakurli, Badlapur and many more. Kalyan being the Railway junction among this Cities sums up to be the crutial site Loacation. It has numerous Institutions, Residentials, and Commercials. Kalyan is a city in Maharashtra’s Konkan division, located on the banks of the Ulhas River. The Kalyan Dombivli Municipal corporation governs it. It is a subset of district Thane. Kalyan and its neighbouring Township of Dombivli form the Kalyan - Dombivli Municipal corporation together. It is one of the founding cities of the Mumbai metropolitan area. Kalyan is the 9th biggest city in Maharashtra and 29th in the Country.
