SUE DYMAK

WOW! So many seasons (even with the cancellation of 2020), this officially marks my 49th summer season with the company. Who would have thought that back in 1976, a summer job would turn into such a career!! Being the oldest member of the production staff, this will mark stage productions numbering well over 250. In keeping our ever-growing rental business running, I oversee the management of our two warehouse facilities. My life remains engaged in larger and more complex tasks working for this fabulous company. I offer my deepest love and respect to all who work in this building and for our organization. Cheers to another fantastic season!

JEREMY LITTLEFIELD (Technical Director) started working professionally behind the scenes in 2006. He has his MFA from Carnegie Mellon University and BFA from Oklahoma City University. Jeremy started with MTWichita in 2016 and has enjoyed advancing the technical level of its productions and educating future generations of workers behind the curtain. He has worked across the country on many tours and is always in search of a new challenge to overcome. In his free time, Jeremy likes to adventure with his camera and take photos of the uncommon perspective. A firm believer that learning never stops, he loves to both teach and learn and is dedicated to improving the industry.

PATRICK COSTELLO (Head of Set Construction) is thrilled to be able to work with Music Theatre Wichita this summer. Patrick is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and holds his bachelor’s in theatre production from Point Park University. Patrick has previously worked for the Porthouse Theatre Company, The Rev Theatre Company, and the Pittsburgh Playhouse.

KYLA MANSFIELD (Head of Scenic Art) (she/her) has been painting, collaborating, and creating in Wichita for over ten years in both theatre and creative outlets. When not haunting the halls of CII, you can find her at PAINTology working with Rachel Downs painting everything from floors to ceilings, murals and custom finishing. But her first love is the theatre, where she can make new worlds out of anything, all while making the biggest mess. She would like to thank her family on and off stage, with special thanks to her ever-patient partner.

RYAN MORROW (Head of Audio) can’t believe it’s already his 10th season! He is a freelance designer and engineer who can’t seem to stay put and currently calls Wichita home. Some favorites: Cats (MTWichita), Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story (Casa Mañana), The Rocky Horror Show (Crown Arts Collaborative), and Avenue Q (Playhouse @ Westport Plaza). He’d like to thank his eversupportive family.

BRIAN J. MARCUM (Artistic Director) Brian’s relationship with Music Theatre Wichita spans almost 30 years as a performer, director/choreographer and now Artistic Director. Originally from Lexington, TN, Brian graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Performing Arts degree in Dance Performance. While attending OCU Brian made his professional musical theatre debut as a member of the resident ensemble at MTWichita. After graduation, Brian moved to New York City to pursue his dream of dancing on Broadway. He performed in six Broadway musicals, The Gershwins’ Fascinating Rhythm, Saturday Night Fever, the TONY Award-winning revival of 42nd Street, The Boy from Oz starring Hugh Jackman, The Drowsy Chaperone and Monty Python’s Spamalot. Brian was the Associate Choreographer of the original Broadway production of ELF- The Musical. Brian also toured nationally with State Fair and Annie Get Your Gun and internationally with The Who’s Tommy. He has danced all over the world at various regional theatres and theme parks including Walt Disney World and Toyko Disneyland. He has been seen on television on the TONY Awards (twice) and the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade (thrice) and is in the movie of The Producers. After 15 years in NYC, Brian got the opportunity to go back to his alma mater, Oklahoma City University, to teach in the Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Arts Management. While there he was invited back to MTWichita as a choreographer and then as a director/ choreographer. After teaching at OCU, Brian spent four years as an Assistant Professor of Musical Theatre at Syracuse University before getting the call of all calls to become the new Artistic Director of Music Theatre Wichita following the man who had changed his life forever, Wayne Bryan. Now Brian and his wife, Jennifer and their two wonderful kids Sophie and Felix happily call Wichita home and love it oh so much! Brian is proud to be leading this organization with Managing Director, Angela Cassette and so grateful for the wonderful staff and patrons of this one-of-a-kind establishment!

Expert care comes from experience. For 30 years we’ve provided personal memory care to our residents through all stages of Alzheimer’s and dementia. And we’ve done it while providing them a home where they can maintain a sense of independence. But we’re more than caregivers. We’re also knowledgable guides, helping families find medical and financial resources, discuss tough choices, and establish a care plan for all stages of the disease. We’ve been on this journey many times. We’re here to help you find a path forward that works best for you and your family.

Let’s have a conversation.
