Select a podcast or some upbeat music, ideally something that makes you want to sing along and dance.

Sort the clean laundry into smaller piles, one for each family member, one to donate and if damaged to toss. 2 Pick one room and stay there! Now set the timer on your phone to stop the music after 15 minutes.

Pick one of those piles, fold and put that away. It's important to see the progress being made. 3 Work on one section of the room at a time. We picked the laundry.

If the timer ends before you have finished that's ok, stop and have a drink of chilled water. 4 Pop a load in the washing machine and while that's working it's magic collect all the clean washing into one place.

Take time to mentally praise yourself before resetting the timer for another 15 mins. You've got this!
