Reflecting on 2024, I am proud of the difference we continuously make in our communities through the impactful projects we complete. Our collective efforts and dedication are truly appreciated by our clients and the industries they serve.
As we continue to grow, Learning & Development remains a key focus across the entire organization, ensuring that we will be well equipped to face any challenges ahead. Our investments in all of you are investments in our future, and your commitment to teach and learn continue to strengthen and elevate MTech.
At the core of our success lies our culture, and our values are the foundation. I am excited to introduce our Culture Blueprint in the coming months, a document thoughtfully designed to communicate and celebrate our culture with clarity. Nothing impacts daily execution more powerfully than culture.
Moving into 2025, I am filled with excitement and optimism. Our work program across all departments is robust and secure, setting the stage for another year of success. Safety remains at the heart of everything we do, and our goal is to ensure everyone goes home safely each day.
Thank you for your hard work, and talented contributions each of you brings to our team. Together, we are building for the future—the future of MTech, our communities, and each other. Here’s to an extraordinary year ahead!

H.O.P.E. CERTIFICATION
Helping Our People Elevate Through Tough Times
The H.O.P.E Certification is a 12-month training program that focuses on empowering our team to become champions of organizational change and on topics related to mental health, addictive behaviors and suicide prevention.
Our organization recognizes the mental health challenges faced by those working in our industry across all trades. Losing a key team member to suicide started our journey surrounding mental health leading us to the H.O.P.E program. We are committed to creating a supportive environment and implementing comprehensive benefits to ensure the well-being of our team.

By embracing challenges, advancing careers, and focusing on excellence, we have set the stage for a successful 2025.
CONSTRUCTION
In 2024, Construction completed the largest office building in Denver in the past 40 years and we did it as a design build project! Construction exceeded our revenue goal and achieved our margin target. Several former Project Engineers who took on Assistant Project Manager roles further progressed in their careers to Project Managers and another Project Engineer was promoted to Assistant Project Manager. Internal operations growth has been exciting to be part of. On top of all the great projects that have been completed we are looking forward to a successful 2025!

SPECIAL PROJECTS
This year, Special Projects maintained focus on project procurement and timely installations to help maintain consistency as MTech’s overall work program fluctuated throughout the year. Several of our projects this year were in buildings with mechanical systems that are well over 50 years old. Existing drawings of these systems were either not available or outdated. Consequentially, our teams performed extensive field investigation to understand how these buildings are operating to ensure our installations are correctly executed.
- Mark McKinney, Vice President Special Projects
SOUTHERN COLORADO
This year was a year of growth: building relationships with like-minded business partners, relocating to a larger office/warehouse space, and adding 24/7 plumbing and drain cleaning services! We have grown as a team with a promotion of a Project Engineer to Assistant Project Manager and additional Service Account Managers. With our expanded office facility we are ready for a huge 2025. SoCo had a successful year that will continue into 2025 with our largest backlog going into the next calendar year.

MOUNTAINS
At the start of 2024, our team braced for what would be a crazy year. We were challenged and nervous for the volume of construction and service work in backlog. Our team wrapped up the record amount of work through teamwork across the board! Throughout the year, we saw many examples of people working outside their specific roles, jumping in wherever needed to ensure the team succeeded to meet or exceed our client’s expectations. 2024 was a year of personal, professional, and company growth for the Mountain team, one where each team member can hold their head high for what we accomplished together!
- Rob Dunn, Vice President Mountains
NORTHERN COLORADO
Team NoCo exceeded all performance metrics for the year, yet that was not the most important measurement. Our combined Service and Special Projects team formed a stronger foundation with new team members, by overcoming some obstacles, a renewed focus on ‘One Team, All in’, and serving our clients – internally and externally. As we move into 2025, we see more organic growth and more team members to support our NoCo mission. Thank you to all of those that work in NoCo for delivering a successful third year!
- Tal Clark, General Manager Northern Colorado
