Alfredo Vasquez and his family are 4th generation agave growers with years of experience in maintaining and growing agaves in the highlands of Jalisco. A true pioneer, Alfredo has developed practices across cultivating, harvesting & Tequila production that have been adopted by major Tequila producers across Mexico. All the agaves used to create Cazcabel Tequila are harvested at 7 years old, when they meet Alfredo’s exacting standards.
