Registration is now open for MSUB’s youth summer basketball camps, which will take place in June at Alterowitz Gym. BILLINGS, Mont. – Registration is now open for the Montana State University Billings boys and girls youth summer basketball camps, scheduled for June 6-9 at Alterowitz Gym on the university’s main campus. The camps are open to children in grades kindergarten-through-eighth, and cost is $100 per student with a $20 discount for each additional sibling. The camps will be split into two sessions, with children ages K-4th grade participating from 9 a.m. – noon all four days, and the session for children ages 5th-8th grade scheduled for 1 – 4 p.m. each day as well. Registration for the camp includes a camp ball and t-shirt, and children will learn fundamental skill development from an expert coaching staff. MSUB women’s head coach Kevin Woodin and men’s head coach Jamie Stevens, as well as assistant coaches Jenny Heringer and Brad Schmit will provide instruction at the camps, along with a variety of studentathletes from MSUB’s men’s and women’s basketball teams.
