RESIDENTIAL TOWER IN BELGRADE, SERBIA

CONCEPT DESIGN

The goal of this project is to design a concept for the residential building on the defined plot in Belgrade, Serbia. The plot size is around 5283m2 (aprox. 0.53 ha) and it is positioned on the corner of Palmira Toljatija street and Mihajlo Pupin Boulevard.

DAH RESIDENCE IS A PERFECT BLEND OF MODERN DESIGN

DAH is a residential building mainly divided into 2 main w with a total footprint 4,175 m².

Initial project design proposed a solution in which wing A duplexes and serviced apartment, while wing B is serviced the basement have commercial units and gyms.

DAH Residence embraces a modern, minimalist design that seamlessly integrates with the natural surroundings, offering a luxurious and serene living experience.

The ASC Medical Center is a state-of-the-art medical complex in Abu Rawash, combining a modern healthcare facility with an efficient medical warehouse. Designed for optimal functionality and patient care, the center integrates advanced medical technology with sustainable design elements to create a seamless, healing environment for both treatment and logistics.
