1. Food and drink should not include anything that is not permissible.

3. It should not get processed, stored, or transported with the use of any facility contaminated by the haram thing.

4. The food or drink should not contain any kind of unclean material.

5. The item should be safe for humans like it should be non-poisonous, nonintoxicating, and non-hazardous.

6. For meat, the animal should get slaughtered following all the Islamic laws and rules.

Any animal is Haram if died before getting slaughtered following Islamic rules.
