Our beloved Marlon Bobo, was taken away from us on Friday, June 18, 2021 as the results of a homicide. He was 29 years old at the time of his death. He was born in Memphis, TN on December 12th 1991 as the 1st born son of Ebony Bobo-Young (Taurus) and Fredrick Winters.

Marlon will be remembered as a ladies’ man, who loved many and gave plenty. The women in his life was numerous and he particularly fancied smart women. Marlon is survived by seven children, son Marlon Evans (12) of West Memphis, AR, son Aamari Bobo (6), daughter Taylor Hopson (6), son Kameron Caples (6), son Malachi Pearl (4), son Jace Bobo (3) and son Jamari Pearl (3 mths) all of Memphis, TN. He loved all of them and was able to spend time with his eldest son the day before him passing, which rarely happened. I’m sure he would like them to remember his smile, which showed the love he felt being their father. The man they adored and looked up too, just because he was dad. He loved his sisters; Jessica Bobo who he shared a special bond with, Shakayla Bobo, FyAndrea Winters-Miguel (Gabriel), Gyneva Bearden, Markia Weathersby, Cylena Winters, Destiny Winters, Zir’monie Weathersby and brothers; Marvel Bobo, Demarcus Bobo, Fredrick Bearden and Kyshawn Bearden all Memphis, TN. He also survived by many family members and friends, who loved him dearly.

As a child, he loved to flip and that’s when he realized his influence on people. He captured the hearts of many with his charismatic personality. It was like people were magnetized by him, either they loved, feared and respected him. Men wanted to be him and women wanted to be with him. He didn’t live the life of a saint but the life as the man he wanted to be. He took pride in his appearance and was a fierce protector of those he loved. He cherished his family and friends more than anything and he will be missed but never forgotten.
