NEW SITES STARTING

At the end of 2022, Lenmark started works on the first phase of 350 new homes for client Cala Homes at Water Lane, Angmering BN16 4EJ.

The first phase package will see us constructing the new roads and sewers, including utilities and foundations for 165 new homes. It is expected to see the final phase of the scheme finish mid-2025.

MD Barrie Rossiter commented “This contract is the result of a lot of hard work by all our team and reflects the values of Lenmark that is now being recognised by our clients, at present we are in negotiations with a number of major housebuilders & I would expect to see Lenmark on a number of these larger site around the middle of the year”

HERON DRIVE MINSTER ON SEA, SHEERNESS

We have successfully secured a contract from The Emerson Group for the infrastructure, groundworks, and services, for 171 new homes starting late 2022, with completion in the summer of 2024. The works will be carried out for Jones Homes at Sheerness in Kent.

New Plant Investment

After a very busy 2022, Lenmark have recently invested over £1m in new plant, with more planned for early 2023, Some of the new kit has been delivered to our Cala Homes site at Angmering in the past few weeks.

This investment once again reinforces Lenmark dedication to providing our operatives with the most up to date machines and is a major step for the business in developing our Health & safety and environmentally friendly ethos.

As we look forward to 2023 our ambition is to have all our plant and machinery out on site under 3-years old.
