What a pair, you couldn’t make it up! Matt Sloots & Milan Pavic got down & dirty recently whist connecting a main sewer at our Banstead site. Well done lads, you couldn’t do enough for a good gov’nor!

Boardroom Table

Many thanks go out to our foreman at the Banstead site Milan Pavic, last weekend Milan showed his carpentry skills in building our new boardroom table, the table which was built using 100 year old Scottish oak planks was designed by Milan & will incorporate a Lenmark construction site within the table showing scaled Lenmark plant & equipment in a unique setting, well done milan for pulling that out of the bag!

Charity Driveway

Lenmark are pleased to announce that we have partnered with local children’s charity Kangaroos, Mid Sussex. In line with fulfilling our corporate social responsibilities we have sought out ways to help the local community and Kangaroos provides a direct line to those in need of a helping hand.

Recently, we had the pleasure to help Jay Price and her family who had been left in an unfortunate situation with half finished building works on her house. With her seven year old daughter Lexi to take care, they needed help to rectify the works on their house and we were more than happy to oblige.

Lenmark Gain Home Office Approval

Lenmark have recently been approved by the British home office to act as a UK sponsor for bringing in skilled workers to the UK.

It took us over two years to go through the lengthy validation and security process to become an approved sponsor. This now enables Lenmark Construction to reach out to the rest of the world and attract the best people to come to the UK and work on our projects, with many others in the pipeline this source will assist us in dealing with the skilled shortage in the uk at the moment.

We have already conducted many online interviews over the last few weeks with potential employees and have employed a number of skilled workers from abroad.

Lenmark, pleased to announce the latest of our new arrivals to the companyfromouragreementwiththeUkHomeOfficetobringskilled & professional workers to the UK to work.

Ammar, joins us from Lahore, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge & experience & will be a great addition to our surveying team out on site, Barrie Rossiter was at the arrival’s hall at Gatwick last week to meet Ammar.

Our site foreman Chinder welcomes Harinder and Majinder who are the first two new skilled workers from India to join Lenmark through our sponsorship agreement with the Uk Home Office. Both guys have just started work on our Beckenham site for Cala homes.
