ABOUT US LawnWorks was established in 2000 with a unique vision and has quickly become a garden design company with a stellar reputation in Middle Georgia and beyond. Our goal is to excel at every facet of landscape construction and maintenance. We have over 15 years of experience planting trees and ornamentals and an intimate knowledge of growth habits and excellent cultivars.

Founder Rick Wallace designs every project himself because he loves the process and the satisfaction of seeing the end result. Our design process is thorough and meticulous as we consider the architecture of your home and create a cohesive theme for your garden.

LawnWorks is a full-service landscape design company.

We not only design and install gardens, but we design and implement the final grade, irrigation, drainage, hardscape, and exterior lighting. Just as critical as the initial installation, our maintenance teams provide the necessary upkeep to cultivate the garden to its full potential.

At LawnWorks, we view our job – creating beautiful outdoor spaces – as a passion, and it spills over into our personal lives.

As an avid gardener, I am constantly experimenting with new plantings and annual varieties at my home. I love designing new spaces and cultivating my garden which consists of over 15 varieties of specimen camellias, over 15 different hydrangeas, a vast variety of evergreen trees and shrubs, a rose garden, outdoor pergola and fireplace, climbing roses, several species of Japanese maples, and always a new annual composition. Our garden is illuminated in the evening hours with over 60 lighting fixtures.

GARDEN DESIGN & INSTALLATION LawnWorks is passionate about designing gardens and creating unique and colorful landscapes. Our design process starts with a consultation to understand and determine our clients’ expectations and we work closely with our clients throughout the entire design process to ensure their satisfaction. We provide CAD drawings, photo imaging, as well as an extensive portfolio to help our clients envision the outcome.

LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION We have over 15 years of experience planting in the Middle Georgia area and we are astutely aware of soil conditions, our climate, and sunlight requirements. We also have vast experience with thousands of plant cultivars and planting techniques to provide our clients with a successful garden.
