A BRIEF HISTORY Years ago in Eatonton, Georgia, Robert Betzel and his brother Brian were already laying the foundation for what is a successful and enjoyable business partnership today. Robert founded Infinity Network Solutions in 2000. Upon graduation from college in 2001, Brian joined the Infinity team and later became a company partner in 2009.

WALTHALL OIL COMPANY Walthall Oil Company turned to Infinity Network Solutions to provide local IT expertise, disaster recovery planning, and management of its entire core infrastructure. Technology has changed a lot since 1952, the year Walthall Oil Company was founded, and yet, the company continues to set the standard in the petroleum market. With over 130 employees, technology plays an increasingly important role in the wholesale distribution and retail petroleum industry. Infinity provided Walthall Oil Company with a complete network assessment and recommendations to meet their

immediate needs as well as providing a technology plan for the future, which included a consolidated virtual server environment, new mobile solutions, and a robust Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery solution. During the deployment of all the new technology, Walthall Oil Company prepared for a full day of downtime. This downtime never materialized and Infinity performed the entire migration without any user interruption.

CMED ATLANTA ANDREWS, HAMMOCK & POWELL When the time came to upgrade an aging Microsoft Small Business Server solution, Andrews, Hammock and Powell knew it was time to call on Infinity. Besides having a deep understanding of the Microsoft products used by our client, Infinity also supported and consulted with AHP’s leaders about a specific application that they required to transfer large files. Infinity’s I-TAP program was an attractive solution. Infinity removed the hassles of dealing with technology and now takes care of the daily monitoring and maintenance of the entire network. Having a local IT services provider has proven very beneficial as AHP no longer has to rely on firms far outside of the service area. In the past, each on-site service call resulted in a two-hour drive plus added costs related to the technicians’ travel.

Based in Atlanta’s St. Joseph’s Hospital, The Center For Medicine, Endocrinology and Diabetes (CMED) required a trustworthy I.T. support provider that specialized in EMR technologies and understood the unique requirements of healthcare organizations. Infinity was referred to CMED because of our extensive experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW), CMED’s electronic medical record (EMR) solution. CMED needed to resolve immediate network challenges that were causing productivity issues for the staff and ultimately compromised patient care. We provide the Infinity Technology Assurance Program, I-TAP, which offers managed I.T. services with a fixed monthly service cost. In addition to having the best hardware available, Infinity provides the support required to keep a leading healthcare provider fully functional. Infinity’s service desk provides level 2 and 3 support to aid the internal I.T. resources at CMED and many of our services are delivered remotely without the need to be present on site. Infinity provides CMED with a virtual chief information officer (vCIO) who meets monthly to review all support issues and help CMED with its I.T. budget and upcoming plans.
