Paradigm Graphics celebrated 12 years + being in the business. We went through difficult times from 2007 to 2012. We chose Paradigm Graphics name to be a “model or ideal” in the marketplace for efficiency and excellence in service. We are proud to have become one of the best printing services companies in the Boston area. We are excited about the future as we see more clients and opportunities to serve.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?

It was great when we started out since we had some large clients, but when the economy hit in 2007, we have lost some of the large customers, which took long time to for us recover, but we kept pushing forward. It was extremely difficult in those years, but we feel those days are behind us now. We are more optimistic about new opportunities as we are marketing our services on social media, Business Network International, and other network activities. One thing worked for our advantage was lean manufacturing, without business loan and much overhead really has been a blessing.

What were you like growing up?

We grew up in India, with extreme poverty, but now we are blessed many ways in the US. We worked hard in India as well as in the US to be where we are. We are both grateful and content with what we have. We love beaches, travels and spending time as a family. Watching Indian movies.
