BOMA Northeast Ohio recently held its Topgolf event in Independence where members enjoyed a night of golf, great food and drinks, while networking with industry professionals. Earning bragging rights were the three top winners, including Dan Lee (JSI Janitorial) in first place, Laban Zurowski (Progressive Companies) in second place, and Todd Jackett (Ohio Paving and Construction) in third place.

HBA Greater Cleveland Choice Awards

The Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Cleveland recently hosted its annual Cleveland Choice Awards at the Aviator Event Center in Cleveland. The event brought together over 180 guests for a highenergy evening dedicated to celebrating excellence in the Northeast Ohio home construction industry. This year’s event was themed “Back to the ‘80s” with a lively ‘80s costume contest adding a twist to the formal awards program. 6

ACE Mentor Program of Greater Akron-Canton Celebration The ACE Mentor Program of Greater AkronCanton recently held its 2025 Celebration of Achievements at Our Lady of the Cedars in Fairlawn. More than $25,000 in scholarships were presented to 17 area high school students, many pursuing AEC careers. Students from five local schools tackled a restaurant design challenge and built functional cardboard chairs during this year’s final project presentations.
