In the event of operational problems, damage to the product or to change a product the consumer can follow the following procedures: 1.
Return the product at MP Ventus Computers ltd shop according to our «Returns and Cancellation» policy.

Hand in the defective product to any MP Ventus Computers ltd shop where the product will be recorded in our system and will be examined by our Technical Department according to our «Limited Warranty of MP Ventus Computers ltd» policy. The examination procedure will take upto 5 business days.
