Ambrogio 4.36 Elite with cloud navigation RTK is the ideal robot for large areas with very uneven terrain, that require the precise cutting of grass to the centimeter, the whole without the installation of the perimeter wire. The innovative RTK navigation system allows the robot to work on large green spaces (up to 10,000 square meters) ensuring a uniform and precise cut even near the perimeter of the area, with a maximum deviation of 5 cm. RTK is precise to 5cm this allows the robot to navigate the lawn up and down in linear navigation mode to achieve greater area coverage .

These allow more ground traction plus less compaction resulting in less wheel tracking than robots using solid plastic wheels. Dirt build up on wheels is also cleared more easily.

This advanced navigation system is unique to Ambrogio.

Most robots use algorithms which direct the robot within the perimeter wire in random trajectories changing the angles from obtuse to acute , provided enough hours are set in the schedule all the grass will be cut, eventually.

Using SDM Ambrogio robots create a GPS Map of the lawn and overlay 2m x 2m grid partitions, as the robot moves around the lawn its position is logged and stored on the Robots SD memory card, the software uses this information to initiate dynamic spiral mowing when it arrives in partitions that have not been visited for a few days, this action dramatically improves mowing efficiency.

Cutting in these geographical wildfire style blocks is much more efficient and takes less time to cut the grass resulting in more free lawn time and greater coverage.
