Provide food and a home for orphans Renovate the compound including construction and maintenance of a guesthouse Provide basic resources and equipment for these children to attend school Provide regular health check-ups for the children, keeping good records of any medical care Provide extra-curricular activities for the children in care, in particularly Black Cats football Provide mentoring and counselling for each of the children to support and guide throughout their years of education and to give advice as they progress to further education, employment or training Ensure that children are attending school Monitor the attainment of children in school to ensure that they are progressing Provide a space for children to complete school work when they return home Give children daily household duties in the orphanage as well as teaching traditional activities such as farming Send volunteers for short term camps and sometimes for longer term placements ECD Centre (Early Child Development)

What is the main aim of this programme?

To equip them with the skills to manage their own homes and families. The orphanage will become financially self-sufficient through hosting visitors and volunteer groups.
