Provide school places for disadvantaged children Ensure regular meetings with beneficiaries to discuss academic progress and career paths Track and monitor academic progress and grades with schools Meet with families to assess and address wider needs and ensure support for each beneficiary Coordinate with schools to ensure support and inclusion for beneficiaries Provide and encourage peer-to-peer learning support and opportunities for beneficiaries Create and maintain links with colleges, tertiary education institutes, businesses and employers Provide support to enable beneficiaries who complete education to secondary level to progress to further education, employment or training as appropriate
