Provide school places for disadvantaged children Ensure regular meetings with beneficiaries to discuss academic progress and career paths Track and monitor academic progress and grades with schools Meet with families to assess and address wider needs and ensure support for each beneficiary Coordinate with schools to ensure support and inclusion for beneficiaries Provide and encourage peer-to-peer learning support and opportunities for beneficiaries Create and maintain links with colleges, tertiary education institutes, businesses and employers Provide support to enable beneficiaries who complete education to secondary level to progress to further education, employment or training as appropriate

In order that: Beneficiaries feel supported and motivated to pursue their studies and feel valued members of the school community So that: Beneficiaries are able to concentrate on maximising their academic potential and receive support to do so Main Aim: Beneficiaries complete school to secondary level. Beneficiaries who complete school to secondary level supported into further education, training, apprenticeships or employment

1. Minimum of x n° of beneficiaries supported through school per year (of which x% are girls) 2. Minimum of 90% of beneficiaries feel “well” or “very well” supported during their studies 3. Minimum of 90% of beneficiaries feel “motivated” or “very motivated” during their studies 4. Minimum of 95% of beneficiaries complete programme successfully each year and overall 5. 100% of beneficiaries who complete programme are successfully supported into employment, business development, apprenticeships or further training as appropriate Improvement in educational opportunities and academic achievement of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Long-term contribution to sustainable development through education as key driver of social, political, health, environmental, cultural and economic outcomes.
