Upgrade school class from grade five to grade eight so they can get good education at their own village, by providing teacher they can learn more and better quality education system so they can compete where ever they go, for better education they can find better job. so they can help to their family, Pay for teacher mean that own local people getting job and they can give better service to their village, now a days many educated local people searching job and it is big number for migration, so we can protect to them by giving job in native village so they can stay and take care their family children, Whenever providing teacher upgrading grade it mean that higher level children are staying at village. it give big different to the village, where there are educated young living inn, They know how to grow people life standard, health, hygiene, promote for local life, directly or indirectly many benefited and changes came after MM start those program and project MM is doing those kind of project and program successfully even there were political crisis in the country, which is the part of our success, behind that again the ‘transparency’ with morally, financially, physically these part is very important to become success all those,

Before the mm school was not good in every single corner, there were 3teacher including head teacher teaching class five, no library, computer, class room are just stone wall, they cant concentred because of cold weather and cold room, no light room were dark. But now mm build good building well furnish class room providing all material build for library teaching tools providing training for teaching system like “Montessori” now they got enough teacher enough book stationary These make them big changes,not only book education same way ethletics game music drama and it is involved for competition with native school, We can see their progress sheet which is very satisfy, even student are increasing, This is how we can recognize the school progress, now it is getting example

Our aim is to make sure that every child need to get their education. These is their fundamental right, no one stay without education in this 21st century, Many parents want to send private school with English medium. Why? Because rural government school are very poor quality, they can’t compete with private school student, that doesn’t mean that student are poor knowledge, because of their base foundation,

How does this project/programme fit with our wider development strategy for the region and that of the local authorities or government?
But every parents are unable to send private school which is 85 times expensive, now just imagine how big gap between those two children? So their school level to whole life is very struggle life to compete with other people even to find job and etc. There for MM pay for teacher to make better quality education from grass root level which is consulting with all related organization, and it is according to the local people need as well as geographically structure we working without any effect by cast, colour, age, gender, religion, and culture.
