During the time I've been working at 3d geoscan, a company specialized in 3d geospatial solutions

My job was leading the 3D scan to BIM team through all the project phases from site work to finalizing the 3D models and handing them to the client

In this sector I will be demonstrating some of the projects I have taken part in the scanning process and in the 3D digitization

After several attempts to create accurate as built drawings for the historic stands building of alexandria sporting club using the conventional survey methods that seemed a great struggle and not time efficient at all, I’ve lead the group who performed the 3d scan survey of the building and then transformed it into accurate as built state drawings as well as a bim model.

nNorth coast villa

The villa was scanned after some modifications in the interior and exterior design and an as built state was required to document the change

A cluster of the city was scanned and all the underground facilities were detected then, an integrated 3d model was created between all above ground buildings and all underground facilities

Steel warehouse project

Located at al ein el sokhna port, this warehouse needed to be reassembled elsewhere in the port which was an impossible job to do without the presence of as built drawings so, the building was scanned and modeled with all the details so that the reassembly could be done with a clear reference

This project was about creating a 3D rendered for what the boat would look like when fully done and furnished from the inside and outside to help the client promote for his business

lDocumentation works for the historical buildings of the polish expedition in luxor

vThe main purpose was to create a digital twin for the data center to make the maintenance and control jobs easier for the staff and can be even done without the need of being present onsite
