Q: Can store-level colleagues sign up to Development Offer sessions?
A: Yes! Part of the purpose of introducing the Development Programme is that we want all colleagues to be able to have access to the variety of sessions we are running.
Q: How do we manage time off the Shop Floor for all colleague sessions?
A: All stores are allocated an amount of training hours per week which should be used to manage time away from the shop floor, to allow colleagues to focus on their own training and development. Please speak to your line Manager for further details.
Q: How do in-store colleagues who do not have access to Teams dial into the sessions?
A: All sessions will have a meeting ID that can allow colleagues to join without needing access to a Teams account. This will mostly be completed through Zoom. We will also be using our iAM portal that colleagues can access on demand to interact with content.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: There are links and QR codes provided on the relevant programme offer throughout this booklet, which will take you to the sign-up pages for these sessions.
Q: I want to attend a session but none of the available dates work for me. Will there be further dates?
A: When following the sign-up link, there is an option at the bottom of the form to request additional dates for the offering chosen.
Q: Are Line Managers allowed to attend ‘all Colleague sessions?
A: Whilst the skill level for all colleague sessions differ from the skill level for the line manager sessions, line managers are still able to book onto all colleague sessions.
