Welcome to the Kootenay Regional Hotel Directory Program
Within this online sample you will find an example of pages from several hotel directories – a local program which has been publishing custom hotel directories for the area for over 15 years. Guest directories are placed in each and every room of participating properties. Guest directories provide valuable information regarding hotel services, amenities, regulations and safety. Much of this information is required by law to be provided in each guest room – guaranteeing prime and constant positioning of the directories on every night stand or desk. The guest directories are currently made conveniently available in over 600 rooms in many of the West Kootenay's best hotels, motels, hostels and B&Bs. Combined, these properties (calculated at a modest occupancy rate of 55%) accommodate over 125,000 visitors annually: tourists, business travellers and conventioneers. These hotels provide a captive, prime group of customers. The guest directories are granted year-round in-room advertising exclusivity by every participating property. The front end of each directory is customized for the individual property and the back end contains regional information. They are updated every summer.
