MVHS - HOME OF THE MUSTANGS!
From the Principal…. Mounds View Families, I’d like to begin by thanking everyone for a very positive start to the school year. My first year as principal is off to a great start and I look forward to working with you and your student throughout the remainder of the year. The first day of school for our new students was a great opportunity for them to navigate and learn the building, meet their teachers and get to know their Mustang Mentor. I’m so impressed with the work our Mustang Mentors do to welcome the freshman class. What a great way to transition into high school. Fall has been busy with a variety athletics, activities and accomplishments. These are highlighted in this issue. Students have been working hard and rehearsing for the upcoming fall musical, “Little Women” which opens on November 2 and runs through November 4. If your student is interested in any of our athletics or activities or would like more information, please visit the Activities Office. Thank you to all families for attending one or both of the first two Communication Nights. Our teachers truly value the opportunity to get to know the parents/ guardians of their students. Please know that if you are unable to attend, teachers are happy to connect with you another time. Teacher communication hours can be found on the teacher’s webpage. In closing, thank you for your continued support of Mounds View High School. We are fortunate to have such strong partnerships with our families and community members. Sincerely,
Stephanie Bruggers Principal
