IIf you are working in a customer facing role or are considering a move into a customer focused role, the Customer Service Practitioner (CSP) apprenticeship programme will support you to develop in this role.
This programme is intended to develop your customer service skills within Motorpoint, as someone who is often the first point of contact within Motorpoint, how we interact and engage with our customers is key.
If you are engaging with our customers face-to-face in store, by phone, email or as part of the online sales team. You are in regular contact with our customers, providing essential information to support sales, give advice, guidance, and deal with complaints.
This apprenticeship is relevant to customer facing roles in store, online, A4C, Customer Care and some HQ departments where you routinely work with our suppliers.
Apprenticeship Duration: 2 years

The CSP apprenticeship will last for 12 months followed by 3months to complete the End Point Assessment (EPA).
How will I learn? Learning will be completed online with modules set; these will become your portfolio of evidence gathered throughout the apprenticeship. Along with dedicated tutor support from the apprenticeship training provider.
How will I be assessed in the EPA? Firstly, a showcase of evidence this is either a presentation or report. A Practical Observation where you will demonstrate the knowledge skills and behaviours learnt from the programme. Followed a professional discussion including Q&A.
Outcome? You will gain a nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification. Depending on role this could lead onto the L3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship or other relevant apprenticeship.
