Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner

IIf you are working in a customer facing role or are considering a move into a customer focused role, the Customer Service Practitioner (CSP) apprenticeship programme will support you to develop in this role.

This programme is intended to develop your customer service skills within Motorpoint, as someone who is often the first point of contact within Motorpoint, how we interact and engage with our customers is key.

If you are engaging with our customers face-to-face in store, by phone, email or as part of the online sales team. You are in regular contact with our customers, providing essential information to support sales, give advice, guidance, and deal with complaints.

This apprenticeship is relevant to customer facing roles in store, online, A4C, Customer Care and some HQ departments where you routinely work with our suppliers.

Apprenticeship Duration: 2 years

The CSP apprenticeship will last for 12 months followed by 3months to complete the End Point Assessment (EPA).

Supporting Courses

How will I learn? Learning will be completed online with modules set; these will become your portfolio of evidence gathered throughout the apprenticeship. Along with dedicated tutor support from the apprenticeship training provider.

How will I be assessed in the EPA? Firstly, a showcase of evidence this is either a presentation or report. A Practical Observation where you will demonstrate the knowledge skills and behaviours learnt from the programme. Followed a professional discussion including Q&A.

Outcome? You will gain a nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification. Depending on role this could lead onto the L3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship or other relevant apprenticeship.

By recognising your values and purpose, you can begin to learn how to use them as drivers to motivate you and support you in achieving your personal goals. This course will give you the tools you need to define your values, purpose and ambitions, while getting closer to achieving them.

Effective communication is a workshop based on enhancing your communication skills. By covering the four different social styles, supporting you in identifying what your personal communication style is and also recognising it in others, the workshop will give you practical tools to communicate more effectively, turn difficult conversations into winning conversations and reduce the risk of miscommunication. You will also learn about nonverbal factors such as body language and written tone of voice, and understand how to use these to your advantage to ensure your message is clear and concise regardless of how you are communicating.

Organisation & Prioritisation

Organisation and Prioritisation skills are essential to success. Whether it is your workload, house work or life-admin, being able to organise and prioritise efficiently will reduce pressures and help to maintain a balanced lifestyle. This workshop will give you practical skills on task management as well as hints and tips on how to increase your efficiency. You will also explore the negative aspects of what happens to motivation and productivity when you procrastinate over a long period of time.
