LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY

The customer who is a signatory to this agreement in hereby authorizes the agent named to act as his or her agent to perform trading (include buy and sell) of Customer Account and any other relevant actions that is deemed necessary to manage the allocated fund in Customer Account with Odin management Pty Ltd. The customer agreed to grant the authority to the agent to perform trading in Foreign Exchange Contracts and the trading is permitted to be carried out on margin.

The Customer acknowledges and understands that Odin management Pty Ltd is hereby being given authorization to follow the instructions of the authorized Customer’s Agent in every respect with regards to the Customer’s foreign currency trading Account with Odin management Pty Ltd except for the agreed-upon fees. The Trading Agent is not an employee of Odin management Pty Ltd and only provides the Follow Trade service to the client.

In entering into this agreement, the customer hereby explicitly agreed to the terms stated in Customer Agreement and accepts the risk that is associated with trading on margin. Odin management Pty Ltd shall not in any way be liable or responsible for the follow trades done on behalf of the Customer by the Agent or for any losses incurred by the Agent for the Customer’s Account. Trading is inherently risky and customers undertake and assume the risk associated with trading of any financial products on the platform. In particular, the customer understands that trading on margin can resulted in severe drawdown of the account and may result in partial or total loss of the capital. Odin management Pty Ltd is hereby absolved from any liabilities and losses associated with trading performed on the customer's account

Further, Odin management Pty Ltd shall not be responsible for any representations or warranties made by the agents to customers including but not limited to the trading methods, risks, strategies, experience and qualifications of the agents. The customer hereby acknowledges that the agent had provided frank and fair disclosure and the customer had perused all the disclosure documents and written statement and thereby expressly or impliedly consented to assume any risk associated with entering into the arrangement with the agent. Customer understands that the agents are acting under the instruction and arrangement of customers

and Odin management Pty Ltd is merely following the instructions conveyed by the agents and hereby absolved itself from any liabilities and losses caused by adhering to the instructions provided by the agents.

As the customer had authorized and consented to the operating and trading methods employed by the agents, the customer hereby agree to indemnify Odin management Pty Ltd for any damage, expenses and liability sustained as a result of adhering to the instruction given by the agents to Odin management Pty Ltd. In this regard, the customer had affirmed and confirmed that the instructions given by the agent are in furtherance of the trading account management pursuant to the agreed arrangement between the client and the agent. The customer hereby authorized the agent to request any information associated with the Customer Account and Odin management Pty Ltd shall provide any information required by the agents.

Odin management Pty Ltd shall not be held liable for any liabilities associated with the release of such information to the agent and shall not be responsible for any subsequent privacy infringement. The customer is solely responsible to make arrangement with the agent with regard to agent’s fess, commission, incentive, management and performance fees. Odin management Pty Ltd only serves as a trading platform for the agent and does not in any manner whatsoever involve in the agent’s charges toward customers. Customer is solely responsible to pay the agent any agent fees and commission and any relevant charges that had been disclosed and agreed upon with the agent. Customer is responsible to monitor the trading account and has the duty to inform Odin management Pty Ltd about any discrepancies in such account and Odin management Pty Ltd has no responsibility to monitor customer's account. The customer shall bear the responsibility to undertake due diligence to monitor the details of Customer Account including but not limited to the overall management of the account, the account statement and withdrawal from the account. Odin management Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any losses and mishaps that occurred due to the agent's mismanage or mishandling to the Customer Account.

The customer authorized the agents to sign and come into any agreement with Odin management Pty Ltd in managing, trading and executing the trading account. The customer is solely responsible to ensure that the agent comes into any agreement with bona fide intention and good faith and Odin management Pty Ltd shall not be liable and absolved from any responsibility or liability arose from the agreement being entered into with the agent.

This POA supersedes any oral or written communications, representations or agreements between Customer and Odin management Pty Ltd or between Agent and Odin management Pty Ltd is governed by the laws of Sydney, Australia.

Terms and Conditions

Both parties hereby agree to the fees and commissions stated as following 1) Performance fee

Customer agrees and authorizes the agent to the deduction of 40% (Deposit below USD10,000.00) 30% (Deposit above USD10,000.00) of profit of settled trades upon withdrawal to be transferred to the designated agent.

2) Commission and Spread disclosure

Customer agrees to pay the agent USD25.00 commission on each standard Lot traded.

3) Management Fees

Customer agrees to pay NIL as management fees for the account. Customer agrees and understands that the management fees paid hereof does not constitute any profit to Odin management Pty Ltd and is being charged as management fee of the account including but not limited to agent handling fees.

4) Minimum Duration

There is no minimum duration of investment and the investor shall withdraw any profit or capital from the account anytime.

5) There are 2 options for client:

A. Client authorizes Mia to select Trader on behalf of them or, B. Client chooses the Trader themselves.

Note: option A will be the default selection if no option was selected. The risks will be borne by client, MIA shall not in any way be liable or responsible for the follow trades done on behalf of the Customer by the Agent or for any losses incurred by the Agent for the Customer’s Account.

6) Client authorizes MIA to withdraw any profits that earned from ODIN Management Pty Ltd via MIA.
