MEASURING TIPS
It’s BEST to have help! When you are measuring- specifically circumferences- you’ll want to be relaxed. Puffing out your chest or sucking in your belly will skew your results, and you’ll find the fit is not as comfortable as it could be. When doing your measurements, be sure to wear a thin layer of clothing. Bulky clothing will also skew your results. CHEST: This is your chest circumference. Stand with arms lifted out to the side.
