ALUCA SHELVING SYSTEMS The DeLaval Volkswagen Crafters are equipped with Aluca shelving systems and other modules to make the life of the mechanics using them easy and comfortable.

Workxpace.Pro is the representative in Estonia of the German manufacturer Aluca of aluminium shelving systems for vans and trucks. The warranty for Aluca products is 8 years.

Electricity: 220 V plugs and 12 V USB plugs. Intelligent charger, additional battery and inverter.

Hydraulically driven 3-phase Dynaset generator with an output of 6.5 kW (includes generator, oil cooler, oil tank). Operated through the gearbox PTO. Piston compressor 2.2 kW 350 L/min 10 bar. Additional air tank under the vehicle.

INSULATED BODY

The body of the service truck is insulated with a 20 mm thick insulation board.

The walls, ceiling, and floor, as well as the wheel arches, are covered with waterproof plywood.

EQUIPMENT

The truck is fitted with an intelligent inverter (700 W), generator (2.5 kW), and an Ebersprächer diesel powered air heater (4 kW).

There is an additional battery and a reversing camera.

OIL CHANGE SYSTEM

The service van is equipped with: 3 new oil pumps with the pneumatic drive, air hose reel 3/8 inch 15 m, retractable electrical cable reel 16 m, 3 clean oil hose-reels and open 1/2 inch 10 m.

CRANE

Fassi loader crane fitted to the back of the truck with lifting capacity of up to 3 T/M. The remote controlled crane is used to lift heavy parts onto the transport platform at the rear end of the truck.

COMFORT

Body is insulated to keep the mechanics warm in winter and cool in summer. In the truck body there is an extra heating system in the back. The roof window adds light and ventilation.

Transport platform at the rear end of the truck, for heavy parts, etc.

EQUIPMENT

Includes welding machine, air compressor, various hand tools, shelves and racking system – plenty of storage and a roof window that provides light and ventilation.

6 WRX002 IVECO 7.2 T with tail-lift for Rotator Finland

INSULATION

Thicker insulation layer and an extra heater unit makes it possible to use this service truck in the extreme weather of Northern Finland.

EQUIPMENT

The remotely controlled Zepro tail lift in the back has a lifting capacity of 1 T. The truck is equipped with an Oil-Bar on the right side of the vehicle with a hatch opening upwards which has four different tankers. The used oil compartment inside the frame of the vehicle takes up to 470 L fluid.

LOW FLOOR

The subframe is glued to the floor panel which makes the truck floor about 10 cm lower and easier for the mechanics to step to and from the vehicle.

7 WRX003 IVECO DAILY 7 T 7-seater with a built-in crane. Comfortable working space for a bus company in Belgium.

CRANE

A built-in crane in the back of the truck can be pulled out and used to lift materials into and out from the vehicle or move materials outside. Lifting capacity 1,3 T/M. at the rear end of the truck.

SPACE

The Worxpace PRO Service Truck has 8+ cubic meters more volume than a van. There is more space to work, there is more space for equipment and materials.

CREW

The 7,2 T Iveco Daily with a 3 L engine is a 7-seater so that a bigger crew can be transported.

8 WRX004 IVECO DAILY 3,5 T Double Cab for EventTents is used for the transportation of equipment and crew that installs large event and production tents.

EXTENDING CEILING

The front of the ceiling is designed to extend to the roof of the cab, providing additional storage space.

EQUIPMENT

The truck is fitted with an intelligent inverter (700 W), generator (2,5 kW) and a winch for setting up large tents.

Inside, there is sufficient surface space to work on and an Aluca aluminium racking system to store smaller equipment and tools.

STORAGE

The truck has many storage spaces. Most importantly, on both sides, at the back, there are two cupboards with twin doors.

DYNASET COMPRESSOR

Hydraulic piston compressor Dynaset HK 1000 (max flow rate 1000 L/min, max pressure 15 bar). The compressor is used for filling the large excavator tires.

The only power source needed is a hydraulic system of the base machine, PTO There are also 2 x 160 L air tanks to ensure the necessary air pressure.

CRANE

Compact hydraulic crane Hyva HA27-E2 with lifting capacity 2,6 T, outreach 6,75 m.

EQUIPMENT

Includes intelligent inverter 700 W, air hose reel, tow hitch 50 mm, reversing camera and aluminium box with outside dimensions 3200 x 2300 x 400 mm.

PARTICULARLY LOW

TANKS FOR OIL

Inside the box 4 tanks (each ca 335 L). Behind the back wheels under the box 3 stainless steel waste oil tanks are mounted (675 L).

The tanks are equipped with electric pumps and measurement gauges.

EQUIPMENT

Includes transparent ventilation hatch, heater control unit, tail lift, 230 V, 5 kVA electrical power from the engine, tanks for additional air etc.

LIGHTING

The general lighting of the box: LED strip width the length 2 x 6 m (9 w/m). Above the side door and the back door there are two LED spotlights that have separate switches. Along the top external side of the box LED stroboscope flashing lights are mounted.

POWER SUPPLY

Electrical installation 230/400 V. Different plugs inside and outside.

The electrical circuits are protected by residual current devices and circuit breakers. Electrical connections to the external network 380 V and 220 V. Intelligent battery charger for charging the truck batteries 24 V.

SEPARATE COMPARTMENTS FOR CARGO AND CREW The Volvo support truck for the ERR company has a separate compartment for the crew and a cargo area with plenty of storage facilities.

AIR CONDITIONER AND VENTILATION

An opening that can be closed with a hatch in the crew compartment wall to connect an AC to the outside environment. There is also a ventilation hatch in the ceiling.

LOUNGE AREA AND WORKSPACE

The interior of the truck is divided into two — the rest area and the work area. Various shelves and drawers by the German producer Aluca are located in the workspace.

There are storage spaces for the spoilers and bars of the competition car. The rest area is separated from the workspace by an airtight wall with a sliding door.

POWER SUPPLY

The vehicle has an 8 kW 3 x 400 V electric generator that moves out on the slide rails. There are a total of four ways to get power.

EQUIPMENT

Includes electrically powered compressor, 1.5 T tailgate, tow hitch, work lights with a total power of 100 W, air-to-air cooling/heating unit etc.

TIRE CHANGE AND BALANCING

The truck is a mobile tire change service with all the necessary equipment. Additional leveling solution for the balancing machine. Stabilizer legs at the corners of the truck.

EQUIPMENT

Includes transparent ventilation hatch, electrical generator, spoiler containing an air compressor, air hose reel, exterior lighting - upper, lower and side LED edge lights, LED work lights above the side and rear doors.

POWER SUPPLY

An intelligent 700 W inverter is installed in the truck. 220 V sockets and 3 x 400 V sockets.

In the cab 2 x 230 V socket from the inverter. Electrical installation 3 x 400 V from mains or generator.

15 WRX008 WORXPACE PRO SERVICE TRAILER 2.7 T

INSULATED SERVICE TRAILER

Worxpace PRO decided to expand the product portfolio to include a service trailer, which is also insulated and primarily intended for oil change.

In the future, we plan to modify the service trailer to suit different applications. The trailer can be fitted with a wide variety of accessories, depending on the type of van or truck used as a mobile workshop and the field in which it is used.

16 RALLY TRAILER 2,7 T

Workxpace.Pro developed an innovative solution for the rally trailer: the trailer with a wedgeshaped rear and without the intermediate frame (the floor of the trailer also forms the frame) is ideal for transporting low rally cars.

DURABLE AND LIGHT

With a minimum unladen kerb weight (700 kg), the trailer can carry a 2 T car and is extremely durable despite its lightness.

INSULATION

Rally trailers are manufactured

by VPE from a sandwich panel, which makes the insulated product suitable for Nordic conditions.
