It’s a BOOM out there! Hi, its Nick here from Prudential Real Estate. Welcome to our latest quarterly report for Narellan in 2015. Over the last three months we’ve seen a spectacular property boom! With another cut to interest rates, consumer confidence is at an all time high so it’s a n e x c i t i n g t i m e f or N a r e l l a n homeowners to cash-in while the local market is hot.
