It’s a BOOM out there! Hi, its Rachel here from Prudential Real Estate and welcome to our latest quarterly report for Campbelltown in 2015. Over the last three months we’ve seen a spectacular property boom! With another cut to interest rates, consumer confidence is at an all time high so it is an exciting time for Campbelltown homeowners to cash-in while the local market is hot.

Our office has been involved in some record-setting sales in recent times, including the beautifully presented two bedroom townhouse nestled away at 2/2-6 Meriel Street, Campbelltown, which fetched in excess of $50,000 above its expected sale price. A few other notable sales in the local area include the sale of 10 Rosalind Crescent for $541,000 and the stand out sale of 17 Peggotty Avenue, Ambarvale. This 4 bedrooms, 2
