It’s a BOOM out there! Hi, its Richard here from Prudential Real Estate and welcome to our latest quarterly report for Bradbury in 2015. Over the last three months we’ve seen a spectacular property boom! With another cut to interest rates, consumer confidence is at an all time high, it is an exciting time for Bradbury homeowners to cash-in while the local market is hot.

Our office has been involved in some record-setting sales in recent times, including 30 Bimbadeen Avenue, Bradbury, boasting fantastic investment potential, this super 3 bedroom home sold for $465,000. Another notable sale is the charming 4 bedroom house at 140 Campbellfield Avenue, Bradbury which sold for $480,000.

First home buyers should be thrilled by the news that land releases are ongoing in such suburban areas as Appin, Oran Park and Spring Farm, but lots are selling up fast. Just recently, we were astounded by the Macarthur Heights land release sale which claimed a sales record, selling out in half an hour! 30 Bimbadeen Avenue, Bradbury SOLD by Prudential Real Estate We have seen an increase in buyers attending our open homes with over 70% being investors. This is not a surprise, as Realestate.com.au stated in a recent blog that Campbelltown ranked 7th on the top ten most searched suburbs for New South Wales. The local market has been crowded with demand with most houses selling by the first weekend on the market, this quarter. Recently-listed gems include; • 55 Macleay Street Bradbury for offers above... $420,000, and • 15 Elgata Crescent Bradbury for offers above... $550,000, and • 11 Gunn Place St Helens Park for offers above...$480,000.
