We renovated a Class A 30 year old high rise building in the heart of Arlington, VA. All new flooring and custom tiling in the kitchens and bathrooms. We transtioned to all energy efficient lighting and plumbing packages.
Located in Austin, TX, The Moseley team recovered 20 units following water damage after the freeze which caused the sprinkler systems to burst and flood the entire section of apartments. We worked with the asset team and insurance com pany to rebuild the units and bring them back to the market.
Moseley team completed a renovation of Class B high rise to a Class A. We tranformed outdated layouts to open modern spaces for today’s living.
Updated original finishes for more up to date living. We helped our partner increa se rental income and asset value. We also decreased average vacancy loss on the property by nearly 22% which includes the renovation schedule.
