HOUSING AND PLANNING with MORPH - 150 to 3000 Single-family housing development in Los Ángeles de San Rafael, Segovia My current position at Morph as project director is focused on BIM development of residential buildings. At the moment I am directing the development of singlefamily houses in Los Ángeles de San Rafael, Segovia, in a large scale project which is meant to grow over 3000 housing units. Some of them are already under construction, using prefabricated steel-frame solutions. The whole development is meant to be smart and the urbanization will be BREEAM certified. I started as chief project architect and later was promoted to project director, coordinating the different disciplines, licensing procedures and compliance with local regulations, as well as being in permanent dialogue with the client.
