In Norway with Reiulf Ramstad Arkitekter

As project architect with RRA I coordinated two large projects the office was involved in.

Slippen housing project in Mandal is now built and functioning.

From 2014 until mid 2015 I was in charge of its development at first stages, coordinating the production of drawings and ensuring compliance with regulations, coordination with administration, clients and buyers. I also coordinated the transition from CAD to BIM in Archicad and the render production with the infographers.

In parallel I was in charge of representing RRA’s team in Gothemburg once a month on Region City, a long-term restructuration project for Gothembourg’s former railways area to become a new part of the city.

This super challenging project involved several teams across Scandinavia. RRA’s layout was selected after proposals phase. From there, all teams kept collaborating to find multidisciplinary solutions. It is still on design stages and is expected to be a reality in 2021.

We also used very often physical and digital models to illustrate concepts for competitions and calls for proposals.

I actively enjoy the challenge and nerve of competitions. During my time with Reiulf Ramstad Architects we were involved in 3-4 competitions per year.
