Presented at the 2014 Paris Motor Show, orders have been opened for the new 2015 Jeep Wrangler 'X' special edition. It is available with the 200 hp 2.8 CRD engine, automatic transmission, two- or four-door bodywork and a complete standard equipment. It can be purchased for 46,278 euros for the Wrangler and 48,861 euros for the Wrangler Unlimited. For those looking for an old-school SUV with exclusive trim and equipment, the new 2015 Jeep Wrangler 'X' Special Edition, which was unveiled at the 2014 Paris Motor Show, is now on order. The aftermarket Jeep Wrangler led headlights can be upgraded by yourself. It is available with the 2.8 engine. 200 hp CRD, automatic transmission and two-door (Wrangler) or four-door (Wrangler Unlimited) bodywork.

With this, there are now nine special versions that the Toledo (Ohio) firm has presented in the last four years: Jeep Wrangler 70th Anniversary Edition (2011), Jeep Wrangler Arctic (2012), Jeep Wrangler Mountain (2012), Black Edition ( 2012), Jeep Wrangler Moab (2013), Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 10th Anniversary Edition (2013), Jeep Wrangler Polar (2014) and Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X (2014). Based on the Jeep Wrangler 2.8 CRD, in its Sahara version, the new special series 'X' offers an exterior look with the seven-slot grille in the color of the body and gloss black inserts, a Power Dome hood with two intakes air, 18-inch gloss black wheels and the Mopar fuel tank cap in black. The exterior is completed with a choice of four colors: Bright White, Solid Black, Firecracker Red and Baja Yellow. The customization of this special series continues in the interior, with seats upholstered in black leather and inserts in sports fabric, with contrasting slate gray stitching. It also has heated front seats and inserts in white (on the front passenger grip and the frames of the air vents).


Comfort for all occupants of the 2015 Jeep Wrangler 'X' special edition is ensured by comprehensive standard equipment including climate control, leather-trimmed steering wheel with integrated controls, special Mopar floor mats and a large UconnectTM infotainment kit: This one is consisting of a 6.5-inch touchscreen browser, 40GB hard drive, USB port, AUX audio input and DVD player. The new Wrangler 'X' special series is available in a two-door (Wrangler) or four-door (Wrangler Unlimited) body. The mechanical offer is limited to the 2.8-liter turbodiesel engine with 200 hp and 460 Nm of torque. For its part, off-road capabilities are guaranteed by the Command Trac NV241 four-wheel drive system, the five-speed automatic transmission and 2.72: 1 reduction.
