Owners Maria Bourke, Dane and Phillipa Shaw are the family behind Melbourne’s Walter’s Wine Bar, which has successfully operated for over 20 years in the bustling Southgate area. Chef Dane Shaw has created an exciting, modern bistro menu taking inspiration from food and people from all around the world. A wide selection of appetisers, entrees, mains, desserts and petits fours are available, they accommodate all tastes and dietary requirements.

Kirks Kirks was founded in the mid 1870s during the Victorian era. In the 1930s the then owner decided to give the hotel a face lift and added a deco facade which is what you see today. Kirks on the Esplanade is the pinnacle waterfront venue on the Mornington Peninsula. Offering breathtaking views of Port Phillip Bay, the hotel showcases a blend of old world charm with contemporary style.
