Multifamily
The Oak Keys provides 1, 2, and 3 bedroom townhome units to a lively neighbourhood in Vancouver. The design incorporates mature trees throughout the site, supplying shade and integrating the new development into the existing community. The interior finishings present a highly luxurious aesthetic combined with necessary modern functionality that supports an on-the-go lifestyle.
Tokyo Smoke - Cannabis Store
This Tokyo Smoke store is located in Toronto, just north of Yonge-Dundas Square, in the iconic former HMV retail location.
The bright and punchy space went through a complete interior remodel, carrying the brand’s range of cannabis products and accessories. A centrally located educational counter and a dedicated product feature area enhance the service offerings of this flagship.

EQUIPMENT + ACCESSORY SCHEDULE
The home features four bedrooms, with 5,000 square feet above grade, a swimming pool and a basement walkout. The main spaces of the house are configured around a chinese maple tree immersing visitors in the surrounding trees.
54 Old Park
The boundaries between indoors and outdoors are blurred, making the house one with the surrounding nature. The tree is the focal point of the entire living area and kitchen. Circulation is a continuous flow that emphasizes the counterpoint between solid and open. The second floor contains a library plus three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A “gallery of light” connects the bedrooms and bathrooms; its skylights and windows are designed to animate the walls with geometric shapes derived from washes of light and shadow.
The home is located on a ravine property; it features four bedrooms, with 6,000 square feet above grade, a 1,000 square foot finished basement, and a 500 square foot sub-basement. 40 Bennington
The design focuses on the continuity between indoor and outdoor cooking and lounging spaces to support a very active social life by creating a direct, unobstructed view of the ravine from the moment you step inside. In addition, an enormous wall of floor-to-ceiling windows floods the entire main floor with light, blurring the line between inside and out year-round.
The resulting large, open-concept space creates a sense of continuity between the kitchen, living room and outside, allowing the natural light and tones of the surrounding greenery to dominate, bringing warmth to the clean, neutral palette of the finishings.
Casa Morada - Costa Rica
This beach house is located on a rural setting in Pacific Heights, Costa Rica. This newly constructed, 5 +1 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home pairs its contemporary architecture and luxe interiors with stunning views. We proposed a beach terrace, an outside area that projects onto the view of the distant ocean. This place of contemplation is integrated into the main autonomous volume of living room, and kitchen through a large window that is found connecting the public space of the house.
The house is considered as a traditional construction of reinforced concrete, looking to resemble an adobe construction, the molds of the panels leave their texture exposed so absorbing the gleaming light throughout the day. This simple materiality supports the idea of calmness and relaxation.
The home is currently being constructed by one of the premiere builders in Guancaste.

Ministry of Urban Development & Housing Competition - Honorable Mention
This proposal was submitted to the Ministry of Urban Development & Housing as part of the Social Housing competition, and my Team and I won an Honorable Mention.
This project involves rehabilitating an existing building to convert it into a mixed-use property, prioritizing residential and commercial use.
The proposal looks to connect the building within the exterior public spaces and the park across the street by proposing a series of courtyards where the communicate can gather and share.
We proposed to use sustainable strategies to achieve higher energy efficiency and re-use an existing building to reduce the impact of the carbon footprint a new construction would produce. We also proposed to use natural materials that help absorb CO2 to contribute to the environment.
The project is focused on housing victims of sexual or domestic violence in the City of Ambato in Ecuador.
