2019_CYCLE 1_CINQUIÈME SEMESTRE fifth semester

IMPLANTATION D’UN BÂTIMENT DE 40 LOGEMENTS SUR LE THÈME DE LA COHABITATION Implantation of a 40-unit building on the theme of COHABITATION

L’enjeu de ce projet de logements est de favoriser la mixité des typologies (T2/T3/T4/T5/etc...) dans le but d’accueillir familles, couples, personnes seules ou en colocations et traiter ainsi de la co-habitation.

Pour la forme urbaine de ce bâtiment j’ai choisi un immeuble à cour, car il n’y a aucun bâtiment de ce type dans le quartier et il semblait primordial qu’en terme de CO-HABITATION les habitants puissent bénéficier d’un espace commun privatisé.

Ce bâtiment propose une majorité de logement traversant allant du T2 au T4, ainsi que quelques T3 d’angle avec des studios annexés pouvant toutefois être indépendants. Ces studios peuvent être réaménagés dans le but d’une cohabition professionnelle. Chaque appartement traversant est travaillé selon un plan hollandais avec une loggia et une hauteur sous plafond plus généreuse pour un apport de lumière maximal. Chacun des logement possède une double épaisseur, comme un mur meuble afin d’optimiser l’espace à l’intérieur, plus de rangements et moins de mobilier.

Chaque étage offre deux grands espaces communs (bibliothèque/salle de jeu/etc...) et nous retrouvons en rez de chaussée différents commerces et équipements à destination des habitants du bâtiment et du public extérieur.

En terme de circulation, on retrouve une cage de distribution de part et d’autre du bâtiment, cellesci desservant une coursive intérieure à chaque étage.

Quant à la morphologie de l’immeuble, on retrouve une variation de pentes de toitures afin de rester en accord avec le bâti environnant.

The challenge of this housing project is to promote a mix of typologies (T2 / T3 / T4 / T5 / etc ...) in order to accommodate families, couples, single people or roommates and thus deal with co -habitation.

For the urban form of this building I chose a courtyard building, because there is no building of this type in the neighborhood and it seemed essential that in terms of CO-HABITATION the inhabitants could benefit of a privatized space.

This building offers a majority of crossing accommodation ranging from T2 to T4, as well as a few corner T3 with annexed studios which can however be independent. These studios can be redeveloped for professional cohabitation. Each crossing apartment is worked according to the Dutch plan with a loggia and a more generous height under ceiling for a maximum contribution of light.

Each accommodation has a double thickness, like a movable wall to optimize the space inside, more storage and less furniture.

Each floor offers two large common areas (library / game room / etc ...) and we find on the ground floor various shops and facilities for building residents and the outside public.

In terms of traffic, there is a distribution cage on either side of the building, these serving an interior passageway on each floor.

As for the morphology of the building, there is a variation of roof slopes in order to remain in harmony with the surrounding structure.

2019_CYCLE 2_NEUVIÈME SEMESTRE ninth semester

IMPLANTATION D’UN LOGEMENT INDIVIDUEL EN MILIEU BÂTI Implantation of an habitation in a constructed zone

RUE DE RU, VERDUN, FRANCE Verdun, France

Dans ce projet il est question de réinvestir deux parcelles mitoyennes en centre-ville de Verdun, celles-ci sont bâties mais dans un état lamentable suite à un incendie.

Deux alternatives s’ouvrent ici, déconstruire ou tenter de réemployer le bâti restant pour créer de nouveaux logements.

Suite à une analyse de la structure restante le choix s’est porté sur la deuxième option. Ces parcelles se trouvent au pied du Centre Mondial de la Paix (une vingtaine de mètres plus haut) contre un grand mur de soubassement de l’ère de Vauban ne nous offrant qu’un seule orientation possible, le Sud-Est. La partie bâtie la plus étroite, et aussi celle en meilleur état, conserve ses proportions d’origines mais est remise en état, la partie la plus délabrée quant à elle conserve uniquement sa façade sur rue, un travail d’étaiement important est appliqué. Le tout créant une partie logement et une cour privée pour les habitants.

On retrouve au rez-de-chaussée l’entrée principale, deux espaces pouvant faire office de buanderie ou stockage ainsi que l’espace de distribution verticale. Le premier étage comprend une salle de bain, un wc et une chambre avec une petite coursive rampant le long de la façade sur rue (côté cour), de même pour le second étage avec une chambre supplémentaire (extension en suspension au dessus de la cour intérieure).

Le troisième et dernier étage quant à lui est entièrement rajouté au bâti d’origine permettant d’investir le fond de parcelle avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon, plus un petit jardin à hauteur de toit et un balcon.

Following an analysis of the remaining structure, the choice fell on the second option. These plots are located at the foot of the World Peace Center (around twenty meters higher) against a large basement wall from the Vauban era offering us only one possible orientation, the South-East.

The narrowest built part, and also the one in better condition, retains its original proportions but is restored, the most dilapidated part only retains its street facade, significant shoring work is carried out. All creating a housing area and a private courtyard for residents.

On the ground floor we find the main entrance, two spaces that can be used as laundry or storage rooms as well as the vertical distribution space. The first floor includes a bathroom, a toilet and a bedroom with a small passageway running along the street facade (courtyard side), the same for the second floor with an additional bedroom (suspended extension above the courtyard). interior).

The third and last floor is entirely added to the original building allowing access to the back of the plot with kitchen, dining room and living room, plus a small garden at roof height and a balcony.

ÉQUIPEMENT PUBLIC POUR LA CRÉATION ET DIFFUSION D’OEUVRES CONTEMPORAINES Public equipment intended for creation and diffusion of contemporary works

L’enjeu de ce projet d’équipement public est de rendre l’art plus accessible au public et aux artistes.

L’emplacement choisi se situe en périphérie du quartier de la Viste et plus précisement dans une zone verte avec un relief important et dénuée de construction. L’implantation du centre d’art est générée par un parc déjà existant.

L’idée principale est de créer une grille invisible qui va permettre le positionnement de plusieurs bâtiments répondant à une logique simple; 4 volumes de base carrée : 5*5; 10*10; 20*20 et 30*30.

Nous retrouvons un petit pavillon d’accueil situé à la fin du parc, en suivant le chemin nous apercevons le bâtiment principal qui est aussi le plus grand, dans lequel se dérouleront des expositions temporaires ainsi que des représentations. Plus au nord se trouve un second bâtiment destiné à l’administration mais également au public avec un café/bibliothèque. Et enfin, au sud, le dernier et plus petit, une petite tour constituée d’appartements pour les artistes en vadrouille ainsi que des ateliers pour des cours privés ou collectifs.

L’espace public extérieur, quant à lui, est généré par le relief du site. On peut ainsi trouver de multiples espaces aménagés de gradins a différentes étapes du chemin entre les bâtiments. Ces plateformes permettent des représentations artistiques, des micros concerts, des conférences en plein air et bien d’autres activités encore.

L’élément fort de ce projet est la fonctionnalité donnée à l’épaisseur des murs, notamment dans le bâtiment principal dont les renfoncements et ouvertures dans les murs permettent aux visiteurs de s’asseoir ou encore aux artistes d’exposer leurs oeuvres.

The challenge of this public equipment project is to make art more accessible to the public and to artists. The chosen location is located on the outskirts of the Viste district and more precisely in a green area with significant relief and devoid of construction. The establishment of the art center is generated by an already existing park.

The main idea is to create an invisible grid that will allow the positioning of several buildings responding to a simple logic; 4 square base volumes: 5 * 5; 10 * 10; 20 * 20 and 30 * 30. We find a small reception pavilion located at the end of the park, following the path we see the main building which is also the largest, in which temporary exhibitions and performances will take place. Further north is a second building for the administration but also for the public with a cafe / library. The outdoor public space, meanwhile, is generated by the relief of the site. One can thus find multiple spaces arranged with steps at different stages of the path between the buildings. These platforms allow artistic performances, micro concerts, outdoor conferences and many other activities.

The strong element of this project is the functionality given to the thickness of the walls, especially in the main building whose recesses and openings in the walls allow visitors to sit or even artists to exhibit their works.

PROMENADE URBAINE ET ÉQUIPEMENTS PUBLICS POLYVALENTS Urban Walk with polyvalent publics equipment

ÉCLUSE DU CANAL SAINT-VANNE, VERDUN, FRANCE Verdun, France

Le projet présenté ici a pour objectif de revaloriser et dynamiser la berge du canal Saint-Vanne à Verdun et ainsi proposer de nouveaux espaces de promenade et d’activités pour les habitants et les visiteurs. Avec le projet de la mairie de refaçonner les berges l’idée est de réhabiliter quelques bâtiments présents sur le site comme une ancienne usine électrique et quelques unités d’habitation abandonnées.

Chaque intervention est faîte dans le respect du patrimoine ancien dont le dernier pont écluse encore entier datant de l’ère de Vauban.

La volonté première de ce projet est d’avoir le moins d’impact possible sur la morphologie de la ville et sur la biodiversité que l’on souhaite préserver sur le site. Pour répondre à cela les édifices inclus dans le projet sont restaurés (ravallement de façade et toiture) seules de nouvelles ouvertures forment les changements visuels majeurs. Pour une harmonie des lieux les nouvelles menuiseries du projet sont identiques à celles existantes de l’ancienne usine.

Pour lier chaque bâtiment du site et pour favoriser les déplacements des usagers un système de terrasses et de rampes (accessibles PMR) est installé favorisant le passage depuis la rue, le pont et le quartier. Ces espaces aménagés offrent du mobilier urbain, des points d’observation ou belvédère ou simplement une grande terrasse pour le restaurant (résultat de la réhabilitation de l’ancienne usine électrique). L’ensemble du programme rapporte au quotidien du quartier un espace ludique sur deux étages, où pourront s’amuser petits et grands au bord du Saint-Vanne, une grande salle polyvalente où pourront se dérouler divers évennements culturels ou offrir beaucoup d’espace d’accueil aux clients du restaurant qui remplace l’usine électrique.

These landscaped spaces offer street furniture, observation points or belvederes or simply a large terrace for the restaurant (result of the rehabilitation of the old electrical factory). Il s’agit là d’une extension chez un couple de partiuliers, en MOB (mur ossature bois) en rez-dechaussée et étage. La quasi totalité du chantier a été réalisée sur place de part le manque d’accessibilité aux engins de levage. Le rez-de-chaussée est accessible par l’extérieur et le garage par des portes simple-batant, L’accès à la terrasse se fait par l’étage.

Le rez-de-chaussée est destiné à servir d’atelier et de serre pour les plantations potagères en hiver.

Un petit local côté mitoyen est réservé pour y installer une cuve de récupération d’eau de pluie reliée aux évacuations du toit terrasse ainsi qu’à la descente d’eau pluviale du toit principal.

Les murs sont en murs ossature bois non isolés avec une menuiserie en bandeau.

La structure de la terrasse est en partie préfabriquée de part la complexité des finitions. En effet la volonté de l’architecte ainsi que des clients étant un système de fixation invisible il est donc nécessaire de construire de manière intelligente. Les parties garde-corps assemblées en atelier à l’aide de dominos et de colle expansée et installées sur places avec les herses. Chaque élément vertical est fixé par l’extérieur en partie basse et en partie haute.

La terrasse dispose d’un banc et d’un petit local bas pour le stockage.

This is an extension for a private couple, in MOB (wooden frame wall) on the ground floor and first floor. The walls are made of uninsulated wooden frame walls with strip joinery.

The structure of the terrace is partly prefabricated due to the complexity of the finishes. Indeed, the desire of the architect as well as the clients being an invisible fixing system it is therefore necessary to build intelligently. The guardrail parts assembled in the workshop using dominoes and expanded glue and installed on site with the harrows. Each vertical element is fixed from the outside in the lower part and in the upper part.

The terrace has a bench and a small low room for storage.

“UNE POULE SUR UNE YOURTE”_ ESPACE POLYVALENT PROPOSÉ À LA LOCATION “Chicken on a yourt”_ Polyvalent space for rental services

ÉLEVEUR BOUCHER DU VERMOIS, MANONCOURT-EN-VERMOIS, FRANCE Manoncourt-en-Vermois, France

Ce projet a été commandé par un exploitant agricole proche de Nancy, sa demande étant une petite architecture permettant l’accueil du public lors de séminaires, repas organisés ou autre évennements privés ou publics, autrement dit un petit espace polyvalent disponible à la location de courte durée.

La construction est de forme octogonale entièrement en MOB (mur ossature bois) surmontée d’un skydome et basée sur soubassement maçonné.

Chaque pan de mur ou de toiture est préfabriqué en atelier puis acheminé et posé sur site. Le tout est mi d’applomb et fixé ensemble, puis isolé à la fibre de bois et étanchéiffiéà l’aide de pare-pluie fibré. Pour le toit on installe du bac acier et en façade un bardage bois horizontal. En guise de revêtement intérieur on installe, sur une base circulaire, un bardage vertical ajouré en lame de chêne, de même pour les pans de toiture.

Sont ensuite greffés deux placards avec plans de travail pour masquer la machinerie de la ventilation mécanisée et ainsi proposer quelques rangements pour terminer par la pose du parquet en chêne également.

Seules les menuiseries ne sont pas l’oeuvre de notre entreprise.

The construction is octagonal in shape entirely in MOB (wood frame wall) topped by a skydome and based on a masonry base.

Everything is plumb and fixed together, then insulated with wood fiber and waterproofed using fiber rain screens. For the roof, steel deck is installed and horizontal wood cladding is installed on the facade. As an interior covering, we install, on a circular base, a vertical openwork oak strip cladding, the same for the roof sections.

Two cupboards with worktops are then grafted to hide the mechanized ventilation machinery and thus provide some storage space, finishing with the installation of oak parquet flooring as well.

Only the joinery is not the work of our company.

BELVÉDÈRE

Ceci est un petit projet commandité par la mairie de Xertigny, dans les Vosges. C’est un petit belvédère installé au niveau d’une petite route de montagne permettant aux usagers d’accéder à un point d’observation sur la cascade en contre-bas.

Cette installation présente une très faible pente pour l’écoulement de l’eau, mais surtout pour faciliter l’accès aux personnes à mobilité réduite car la cascade se situe en contre-bas et n’est pas praticable.

La mairie a donc commandé à notre entreprise cette installation dont la construction sur site n’a duré qu’une semaine pour un travail préalable en atelier de deux semaines de préparation du bois et et de traitement de peinture.

LE CHAPITEAU Voici un autre projet de première année, la phase de conception est en groupe, le travail de maquette me revient, de cette maquette les plans, coupes et élévations sont réalisés par le reste du groupe.

Ce chapiteau est basé sur la forme d’un cirque équestre de forme hexagonale, proposant des assises sur trois de ses côtés. La piste et les loges sont creusées, permettant ainsi de créer un obstacle visuel moins important de part la structure bois ajourée. L’ambiance extérieure peut donc contribuer à l’atmosphère de chaque spectacle.

Il s’agit d’une section de maquette au 1.20 détaillant la composition du bâti, un noyau maçonné et isolé surmonté d’une structure métallique sur pilotis, doublée d’une ossature bois.

L’ensemble est agrémenté d’un bardage vertical ajouré en mélèze.
