Network Housing Group case study To support the recent completion of a comprehensive reorganisation programme, Network Housing Group (NHG) – one of the largest housing associations in London and the South East – were recruiting 30 permanent roles which had to be filled within 6 months. Morgan Hunt was awarded as the primary supplier for this intensive recruitment strategy. The urgency of the timescales was based on all 30 roles being released to the successful supplier within 6 weeks of the contract being awarded.

CHALLENGES
To deliver permanent staff at all levels from administration to director during a relocation of the current NHG Customer Service Centre from Wembley Olympic Office Centre to Riversmead House, Hertford.
To engage talented asset management and development candidates to buy-in to the established housing association following their recent reorganisation.
To deliver the complete recruitment strategy within very rigid timescales when early on, the recruitment requirement grew significantly from the original 30 roles to 100.
THE APPROACH The approach was to use our cost-effective and completely transparent recruitment system designed to deliver large-scale campaigns with great results, through a partnership between NHG’s hiring manager, their HR department and our organisation, enabling direct sourcing by specialist consultants efficiently. This contract also benefited from dual director sponsorship across the client services and social housing divisions to further cement the cohesion of the approach.
