a thriving agency with passionate people Since the launch of More in early 2019, Director Craig Bellgrove set about offering property owners something that is genuinely new and exciting. A full range of services for landlords that make property management a rewarding experience. The More team is growing into a group of individuals who are the pick of the bunch in property sales & management. People with lots of fresh ideas, years of experience & a passion for quality.

Craig Bellgrove - Director and Senior Sales Consultant Craig began his Real Estate career in 1990, with Webster Real Estate before joining Roberts Real Estate in 1996, where he spent almost 10 wonderful years working out of the Hobart office.

In 2004 he launched an innovative independent brand - Fruit Property, based in Hobart and ultimately grew that business to a small franchise organisation with offices in Tasmania, Qld, Melbourne and Perth.

Throughout his career, Craig has always had subdivisions and land development in his blood. Since his training in the early 1980s as a land surveyor, the journey into Real Estate was quite easy. Since the early days with Webster and Roberts Pty Ltd, Craig has been involved in many subdivisions. He has been instrumental in helping farmers wanting to get a better yield then just an out right sale for their land through to large-scale developments like Tolmans Hill and the Oceana rise development in Howrah and Tranmere. Over his 30 year career in Hobart real estate, Craig would have sold in excess of 1000 blocks of residential land bringing the best result for his client each time.

The most enjoyable sales experiences for Craig are those in which he is able to make a real difference, Tolmans Hill, the Beach House Apartments, Oceana Rise in Howrah, One Collins are all fantastic larger scale developments, but there are even more uplifting experiences, working with Mums and Dads on their journey through property and life

a thriving agency with passionate people In 2011 Craig put his coaching and mentoring skills to use working with a wide array of agents and directors across Australia where he recounts that he learnt just as much as he taught! In 2015 he became part of the Stockdale Leggo network in Melbourne’s outer east through the Croydon office, however after 4 years it is time to come home to Hobart and bring all the experience built over 28 years to the benefit of clients old and new.

Now with the launch of More Real Estate, Craig is excited to be able to draw on all the best elements of his career to create a whole new experience for his clients in sales and property management alik

Leanne Masters - Business Development Manager and Sales Leanne is an entrepreneur, having various businesses through her working life, with a particular skill for developing businesses & dynamic partnerships. Leanne sees opportunities in all facets of business & seeks these out to the benefit of everyone involved.

Strategic partnerships are a strong area of expertise & Leanne loves to explore new ideas with like-minded people.

Angela Baker- Property Manager Being in Trust account and property management for over 20 years gives Angela a unique skill set in helping our landlords and tenants every day. Angela gets great satisfaction in making sure all checks and balances are met.

Angela is also a qualified bookkeeper, a rare find in property management, and with her sunny personality shining through she brings a ray of sunshine to all she interacts with each day.

a sense of community We love getting to know and help others in our community with advice on their real estate concerns, or simply to assist them with the sale of their home or managing their invesment property or holiday rental.

To that end, we have developed partnerships with several local organisations to provide their members with discounts on commissions & fees, while helping their clubs prosper. All members receive a discount of commissions, while we also offer a cash incentive to the club for their ongoing functions for their members.

If required we also assist by using our digital marketing skills to help them develop their digital presence and expand their client base - this includes helping create social media posts and designing newsletters for their distribution.
