If you order is for a specific date, please arrange delivery for a couple of days in advance. It’s better the product is safe inn your fridge than face it not arriving on time.

Sorry, we’re unable to deliver at the weekends, or a Monday. We dispatch Monday to Thursday via APC on an overnight service. When ordering please provide if possible your mobile number and/or email address. For your convenience APC will contact you with a two hour delivery slot on your delivery day. Please note that some postcodes in Scotland are a 48 hour service. APC are under instructions to leave goods in safe place if our, so if you are sending a gift please ensure that the recipient is aware, as we can’t be held responsible if goods are spoiled.

Your order is expertly packed and sealed in a corrugated box with an ice pack to ensure freshness. The cost of this service is £9.95 for mainland UK. Unfortunately there are exceptions including some postcodes: AB FK, HS, IV, PA and PH. Plus Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Western Isles and the Isle of Man. Consignments to any of these areas will be subject to a higher carriage charge. Prices may be subject to change.

If we are unable to deliver on a specified day due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control we will endeavour to deliver at the next earliest opportunity - our liability is limited to this.
