Moraga Day Camp — Spring Break!

Town Staff • Ages 5.5 – 12

We have designed this camp with your child’s safety and wellbeing in mind. Well-trained Town staff will lead your child in organized games, arts & crafts, songs, and more all planned around a central theme of SPRING BREAK for the week. Please send campers with a water bottle, lunch, and two snacks each day.

4/3–4/7, 5 classes

Rob Skate Camp

Rob Skate Academy Staff • Ages 6–12

Come join one of the hottest programs in Moraga and learn how to skateboard with top professionals. No skill requirements needed as the Rob Skate Academy has a professionally trained staff to handle all skill levels and keep your child safe. This is an action-packed camp for thrill seekers!

Celebrity Chefs

Cooking Round the World • Ages 6–12

TV Network Celebrity chefs like Bobby Flay, Rachel Ray, Gordon Ramsey, Giada DeLaurentis, and Ree Drummond all have their signature dishes. We will recreate those dishes and learn how these TV chefs became stars during this special camp week!

Have fun volunteering this summer as a Counselor in Training (CIT) at Moraga Day Camp! Gain valuable job skills as you work alongside our Recreation Leaders in a fun and safe environment. After an interview process, accepted participants will be trained in leading camp activities, improve customer service skills, leadership, responsibility, and reliability. Recreation Department staff will provide daily guidance and supervision for CITs. Upon completion of the CIT program, participants are guaranteed an interview for the summer Recreation Leader position when they are old enough.

Requirements:

• Age 13–16 (by 6/1)

• Two weeks of volunteering during the summer (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM)

• Mandatory orientation night 5/11

• Mandatory training with camp staff 5/31–6/22

Interview Dates: 4/17–21

Fee: If chosen to be a participant, a fee of $125 will be due by the Orientation Night. Registration for an interview time does not guarantee admission into the CIT Program.
