Our highly participatory approach to Campus Planning is informed by successful architectural design for virtually all campus building types.
Our expertise in programming, project scoping, and program validation has informed the early phases of most architectural and planning projects. Familiarity with a wide range of program and building types allows us to work effectively across academic disciplines and curricula.
Our capabilities in architectural design embrace a wide range of program types, including new facilities, phased construction, historic restoration, and adaptive re-use. Our design approach responds effectively to contemporary methods of project delivery and construction procurement, such as Design/Build, Design/Bid/Build, and Construction Manager at Risk.
Our recent engagement with California Community Colleges covers a full spectrum of services, including programming, master planning, criteria for designbuild, design and delivery, and DSA approval. Having worked on fifteen campuses across seven Community College Districts in Southern California, all with very similar programs and needs including:
