INTRODUCTION Monty’s Bakehouse, one of the world’s leading suppliers of bakery items and hand held snack foods to the global airline marketplace, has joined forces with Agthia Group, a leading Abu Dhabi based Food and Beverage Company. From July 2015, this partnership will allow us to manufacture our broad range of hand held snacks, bakery items and food-to-go in the UAE. Product development, manufacture and our focus on product and packaging quality will take place at the UAE’s foremost bakery facility in Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi. Operating a staggered launch of our hand held snack range; we will have the ability to make and distribute a broad range of pastries, sweet pastries, bakery and cake items that can be served to passengers as a single item or combined as a two or three product box. Our global supply chain is now linked with our bakery in Abu Dhabi to complete supply to your airline catering units within the UAE, Qatar, Oman and by sea freight to the broader Gulf Community Countries. Cost effective manufacture and distribution to Asia will also be achieved from Abu Dhabi. In addition Monty’s Bakehouse will represent the full Agthia range of Bakery, Patisserie, Viennoiserie, Water, Juices and Yogurts through its supply contracts within the global airline market place while Agthia will begin the process of introducing the Monty’s Bakehouse brand into retail and food service providers within the Gulf Community Countries.

PRODUCT DESIGN EASY TO TRANSPORT - All our products are supplied frozen with 12 months shelf life from date of manufacture. EFFICIENT - All of our products and packaging have been designed to maximise space efficiencies. EASY TO PREPARE - All of our products are easy to prepare for caterers or crew.

DESIGN - Where volumes are high, products can be designed to meet a specific customer brief.

EASY TO EAT - Simply tear open the packet or open the box and enjoy.

LATTICE PASTRY (110-115g) Available in protein & vegetarian options. Recognised internationally, our Lattice Pastries are the latest addition to the Monty’s Bakehouse range of hot savoury snacks. Our chefs have developed a bespoke pastry recipe, unique to us, to create a crisp low flake pastry that is full of flavour and texture. We then introduce a range of exciting fillings that compliment the pastry, allowing you to tailor recipes to suit your customers. Unique to the airline market, pastries are proving to be a hit with clients throughout the world. HOTBOX (2 items – Varied Weights) Available in protein & vegetarian options. Still leading the way with hot combination boxes, our Hotboxes are an exciting pairing of bakery items in the same ovenable box. Arrangements can include breakfast, sweet or savoury, as well as having the option to insert a cup of water or fruit juice after baking. The sky’s the limit when it comes to the possibilities, and we are happy to work with you to design exactly what you are looking for, volume requirements permitting. Based on the concept of “the more the better”, our Trioboxes are a range of sweet or savoury canapé items served ambient or warm in the same ovenable pack. BREAD & BAKERY Monty’s Bakehouse’s partnership with Agthia Food Group allows us to bring you modern innovative solutions for your bakery range. The bakery facilities in Abu Dhabi have the most advanced technology in the Middle East, but their experienced team also follow traditional baking recipes that have been used for centuries. The dough is made from flour that contains 100% natural ingredients. This allows us to deliver a range of breads, part baked, fully baked, fresh or frozen in varying weights and finishes. These products can be individually wrapped or bulk packed to suit your needs.
